I really like this one. On the old one, the programmed settings were not good. Food was either way too hot or still cold in spots. The programmed settings on this one are on point! This microwave was a great choice.

It is strange if you need to reset the clock you have to unplug the microwave and plug it back in to set clock. I am use to a number pad. This microwave you set in 10 second intervals. I am still learning to use it.

For example, there is no panel where you input the number of seconds. You can't program 45 seconds, you need to start with a multiple of 10 (like 30), then let some elapse (like 15 seconds) before adding another 30 seconds.

LG has a great reputation for quality and endurance. Good value and aesthetics as well.

We mostly use it to cook green beans and bacon. It cooks frozen green beans real fast. It cooks bacon real nice. I give this microwave eleven points out of ten. I'm eating bacon right now.

Sensor cook is fair but has to be monitored or food is over cooked. 2nd NeoChef purchased in last 6 months. First LG NeoChef stopped heating at 6 months, LG treated us fairly and handled issue by replacing microwave. Hope this one last longer than 6 months. Microwave rating 1 star, 2 star overall rating as LG increased rating by good customer service.
