It's one of the best Microwave I've owned

Best feature is being able to use the kitchen timer while still being able to cook something in the microwave. Most microwaves don't have this feature. Purchase was easy and curbside pickup was even easier. Thanks Best Buy!

All controls are touchpad. Sensor cooking versus sensor reheating is confusing with different settings. What is the correct setting for a bowl of canned soup? A good value.

Taking some time to adjust to how much more powerful it is than our last one. I think I would be just as happy with buzzers rather than the little tunes it plays, but it's not really getting on my nerves yet.

Only shortcoming is an inability to enter a cooking time in minutes and seconds. You must use a slide touch key or hit the + or - key to enter time in 10 second intervals. Takes getting used to.

Door handle very difficult to open. Had to hold the top of microwave to keep it from moving forward when trying to open. Most of controls on inside panel + needed to open door to use. Returned it quickly for the LG 2.0 which I love.

Not good for under counter set up

Everything comes out hot and ready, and the light is bright enough to see your food displayed on while warming up.

Due to the virus, not sure I can exchange it. I wanted to get a warranty but didn't at the time I purchased it. Guess I should have.

I have to hold the button to get the time I need and then I pass it. Then I have to go backwards to get to the right time. By then there are more finger prints.
