I liked the sensor technology of this microwave, it impressed me a lot , but the annoying one is the control panel it should be outside .

Absolutely loving this product! So far so good! Love the space and the color of this product.

The microwave works about as expected. Even heating of food. The controls provide for a very clean looking exterior, but the lack of traditional buttons does take a little getting used to. It is fun watching visitors try to use it for the first time.

I love the melody that it plays when it is done instead of a loud buzzer, and it goes off again in one minute if you haven't opened the door. It has a bar where you can run your finger up or down to add or take away time that I also like.

This is definitely a techy microwave. We weren’t expecting that but it’s great. Love that it will continue to tell you something is in it so you don’t forget.

My sister love the microwave and uses it all lot but couldn't figure it out at first

I’m very happy with my new microwave. I like the LG brand. The ordering on line was simple. And the curb side pick up was easy , very good system. And I really appreciated you’re employee, he was very courteous, professional and on time .

It’s a great microwave, however I find it a little weird that it doesn’t have number buttons like if I wanted 5 mins or whatever, there’s like a slider where I have to keep sliding over to what I want.

Just wanted to let you know, in the packaging, the wall plug was laid on top of the Microwave and heavy objects were laid on top because the electric plug left a dent on the center of the top.

Users manual could be easier to understand. I still can’t set the clock with the correct time. It reheats well. I don’t do much cooking. Powerful.

I had the LG above range microwave and loved it. So I bought the best LG counter unit and personally want to through in the trash. It rattles and is noisy. The settings are inside door which are way worse that I could image. Also the time can only be set in 10 second intervals

Works well. However, there are oo many sounds of reminders to check food when reheating, etc. Yes, nice tohave reminders, but when you're trying to be quiet, it's agravating.

I had to replace my first one and payed 20.00 extra for the replacement. SMH. The first one went out power pad shorted out so far the second on has been ok but be careful how you clean the out side cause thats where the digital display is.

I read lots of reviews and did a bunch of research trying to find a good mid-sized microwave to replace ur older Magic Chef microwave. The design looked nice online to me but after getting it and started to use it I wasn’t as impressed. We used it for only one day and decided it wasn’t for us. I didn’t like the lack of numeric keypad (so it increases time by 10 seconds up until 3 min, then it goes by 30 second increments, and changes again later apparently). Not the worst but not our preference. The nice mirrored exterior look though also meant that after every use, there were fingerprint smudges all over. Lastly, imwe reheated a number of thanksgiving dinner plates and every person had the same thoughts, the food was hot (almost over heated) on the outside but still cold in the middle. We quickly decided this wasn’t for us and returned it to Best Buy. We ended up settling on a Whirlpool 1.6 that Best Buy had in stock but I didn’t see online at the time (it’s there now). It wasn’t on sale like this one (we paid $229 for the Whirlpool vs $149 for the LG) but it had a full keypad, fingerprint resistant face and heats perfectly. Maybe others will like this but it certainly wasn’t for us.

This is the best microwave I've ever owned. The light inside is much brighter than any I've seen and the glass turntable sparkles like crystal. Every Sensor Cook and Sensor Reheat setting I've tried has worked perfectly. They even got the Popcorn setting to work properly!

I really like this microwave ! Love how control panel is hidden Quiet beep but thats ok as I check on my food frequently

My wife and I are impressed with this microwave, we love the fact that the door simply pulls open, no buttons to push nor handle to break. Having a quick timer on the glass is a fantastic option although it works in 10-second intervals. Plenty of space and easy to clean.

Great product! Awesome store!!! Would definitely recommend product and store for sure.

It cooks well and reheats adequately but it's not as powerful as other 1200 watt microwaves I've owned. One-second intervals would have been appreciated for the timer.

I gave this review 4 stars because the only thing I dislike about the microwave is that you can't program time by clicking on a number pad. Other than that, I love love love the microwave. Love the sensor cook and the popcorn timer.
