Love the design and how the front has no keypad but just plus and minus touch pad for easy heating of items. Very sleek. The more detailed controls are on the inside such as defrost or changing power percentage. Heats food quickly and evenly. The negative...it stopped heating the food after a month. Planning to return and exchange for the same one because I love the design, hoping for better luck with the next one.

Bought it for a family member a while back. They told me that they loved it. It did stop working on them after a year or so but good thin that I got the 2 yeay warranty on it! Best buy replaced it with a new one. Thank you Best Buy!

This microwave was purchased to replace a GE that only lasted three years. Very user friendly control pad. You just have to get used to some settings are programmable with the door open.

Overall, I think this is a great microwave. The only thing I don't like is that you can't go up in increments of seconds, time can only be increased in 10 second increments.

I like it. I had a LG microwave prior to this purchase. It lasted over 14 years - I have other LG appliances and have been very happy with them also. The install also went very well.

Have to open the door to set the kitchen timer. But other than that it heats things quickly.

Heats food quickly and evenly. The sensors are excellent. And the melodic tones are much better than your traditional microwaves. Takes some getting used to not having a number pad, but it hasn't been an issue.

I really loved this microwave, but it died a very early death. I’m so glad I had the protection plan. I’ll never get a microwave without that. And I’ll only get the at Best Buy.

Bought form BestBuy in 2021 and sadly don't have the receipt to make a claim on the 10 year magnetron warranty. The thing is like an electrical storm inside and sounds like it will explode. Photo is a video grab of "lightning" inside when operating.

There are no numbers to punch in your desired cooking time. There is a plus and minus sign to slide to desired time. Very difficult to set cooking time. Great look and heats food well.

Good product with the reminder features to remind you the food in microwave if you forgot.

This model replaced a previous LG microwave. This one appears to be of similar quality. Only negative is that there is no number panel to enter cooking time. Touch screens sometimes leave much to be desired.

This is a Wonderful microwave oven. Smaller than other 1200W units.

The product works great for its compact size. It’s the only brand that fits my cubby.

Lasted 33 days before it stopped heating, it won’t even melt a stick of butter. Beyond that it is very loud, it sounds like a cement mixer. It’s honestly the worst microwave I’ve ever owned. I’m 68 years old, so I’ve owned quite a few. I wouldn’t give this away to my worst enemy. It’s that bad. It’s total junk.

I bought the LG because this South Korean manufacturer has a reputation for quality appliances. I was somewhat disappointed to discover that the control "buttons" are not backlit, and are difficult to read in normal kitchen lighting. My workaround for this problem is to keep a flashlight within reach at all times I am using the appliance. This problem tells me that little or no user testing was done for this product.

I am disappointed in the limited defrost options. There is not way to set weight of food and there is not way to distinguish between various cuts of meat. That is there is no way to indicate if you are defrosting ground beef or a roast or a whole chicken vs pieces of chicken. Entering of cooking times is not as easy as on previous microwave. I am not sure if I had realized these limitations that I would have bought it. However it was available and the price was good.
