Very happy with our purchase. The turntable is very steady, the food is cooked properly, and the pleasant chime to signal it is finished is a pleasant upgrade to a harsh buzzer. Love it

This microwave fits the bill. The important stuff first, popcorn button is on the mark. Sensor cooking veggies gets the job done. Has a nice clean minimalist display.

Well, what do you say about a microwave. It heats and reheats things fine. It does do outstanding with defrosting. The induction heating means it doesn't cook the edges of the meat when you defrost with it, which is great.

Love the style and the music that plays each time it finishes heating up something. I haven’t used all the settings yet or I would probably give it a 5 star.

My wife and I are not happy with the unit. It is not user friendly. Having to enter the selections with the door open is very awkward. We gave it 2 months to get used to it, but it is still very hard to operate. No 10 digit key pad is just not working for us. I'm sorry to say that Best Buy won't take it back after 2 months. What happened to good customer service. I hope someone reads this and learns from our experience.

Adding time and power by increments is time consuming and I am waiting for my electronics to go with such constant use. Heats well though and will be a good buy if it lasts.

It does what it’s suppose to dobut I don’t actually like it. There’s no push button controls for setting the time, power levels are preset as X-power for X-minutes with no way to change the minutes. There’s nothing but a hard to use touch activated electronic slide to increase time over 30 seconds and it’s noisy! Outer cabinet vibrates like a thunder machine at you community theatre the only way to stop is weighing down the top of the cabinet. In short, l do not recommend buying this item to anyone!

I just got my new microwave and the microwave door was broken with shattered glass. I was so disappointed. It takes time to return it and to get a new one. I'm so frustrated.

Awesome microwave. Gonna fast. Touch panel works great. The slider to select cook time is great, no more pushing a bunch of buttons. Just slide your finger and hit start.

Its not sturdy , and make noisy buzzing sound when on .

We needed a larger capacity microwave. This one is big enough even for our larger family dishes. It cooks quickly, and the controls inside the door keep our toddler from reaching up and playing with them.

Live the functionality of this microwave, considering my last one lasted for 24 years We only use to reheat items occasionally, great for what we use it for!

I was misled by the salesperson. I was told the display would light up once the microwave was plugged in. Didn't happen. I thought it was broken until I read the manual. Very hard to use. I need a flashlight to read the settings inside the door. It also makes a growling sound. I want my 45 year old Kenmore microwave back!

Spacious interior is perfect for larger dishes. “Slider” for programming cook time took a bit of getting used to, but like it a lot now. Chimes played when cook time is completed is good for forgetful teenagers!

Would rather have a key pad instead of having to hold the + & - to set the cook time and temp. It works well just inconvenient.

Better than other microwaves I've used before. I like the musical alert when heating is completed. I like the cooking/preheat/defrost options. I like the color. Nice upgrade. Sturdy.
