Still getting used to this microwave. Don't like the feature where have to unplug when power goes off to reset clock. Could do without the little noises it makes.

We were forced into this purchase due to the warranty policies of LG. The first one we had blew up less than a year. I would not recommend this to anybody because of the warranty policies at LG. They make you come to numerous hoops. Worst warranty I've ever seen in my life.

Heats food well. I still struggle with the start button being on the face of the microwave and the cook setting is behind the open door. The song it sings when items are complete is delightful.

Great customer service experience, and love the microwave.

Works wonderful. Having to adjust to the 1200 watt, but cooks everything evenly and quickly.

The reheat features work well, just save your paperwork or make a copy and tape it on the microwave or close by so you’ll know which setting to use. Used it on next day pizza and enjoyed it.

Different than other microwaves. Needed to get used to it but seems to work fine. gray inside so makes it hard to see what the food is doing while cooking.

I do love this microwave. The only thing that I do not like about it is sometimes it shuts off when it gets too warm. So I had to change the place where I keep it

I really like the display and the contemporary style. However, I haven't had this product for quite a month yet; so I haven't really put it to any major test or used all the setting. But, so far so good!

It's a microwave and it does its job well. The only minor complaint I have is that all times must be in multiples of 10. Sometimes I like to do 45 seconds.

I really love this oven. There is one problem though. The first one broke after one year and 7 months. this is my second one. shall see.

This was my first and last purchase of LG microwave oven. I bought it in January 2018 it broke September 2019. I t turns on and right back off with in 3 seconds and resets its self. I called the LG customer service and was told that they can't replace the oven as the product's one year manufacturer's warranty expired. However, since the magnetron is under 10 years warranty, they were very rude about it and not helpful at all i am very disappointed in LG as most of my kitchen appliances are LG and i wanted everything to match unfortunately that will not be happening i highly suggest staying away from this product it does not last and is not worth the money and terrible customer service.

Not your average Microwave. Great features for cooking and warming foods. We are having fun getting use to the interesting chime alerting us when the food is advancing through the food preparation cycle.

Kinda noisy and the glass plate rattles a bit, I do wish the touch pad lit up though.

We love this microwave and all its features especially the sensor cooking, it is a great countertop appliance. I would recommend it

Do not buy this LG - NeoChef 1.5 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave with Sensor Cooking Stainless Steel. It did not last long. The door sensor actually stopped working a few months after we purchased this. We didn't even have this microwave for 6 months and it started malfunctioning. The warranty is useless. Instead of issuing a refund or sending a technician to repair it, LG wanted me to bring this to the repair shop and basically live without a microwave for a few weeks.
