This was a open box appliance that works perfect and was in good condition. I love it is a big time upgrade me and my wife.

Wish there were numbers to press but overall it’s good

This is great microwave major problem in that there is no back light for front panel when door is open or closed. At least with door open you can make icons on panel but in low light- forget it. Also had one other problem where the unit auto turn on 30sce cycle and turned off, then on again. I had to do a power reset and all has been good.

Love the LED lighting and the very stable 6 point turntable. Far superior to run of the mill microwaves that haven't changed in decades.

Haven’t had the microwave long enough to work it like an expert yet, but I can tell you that I do not like that it has no number keys. To cook something for 7 minutes you have to punch the timer in 30 second increments. My old cheap Magic Chef had keys so I punched 7.00 and away it went. I paid over $200 for my LG and don’t like it nearly as well.

Seems pricey for a countertop microwave, until you use it a few times and realize it’s a bargain! The controls are not traditional, but that’s ok. Once you’re used to them, they’re fantastic!

When we use the microwave it causes glitches on our cell phones and the baby monitor. This did not happen with my samsung microwave

Doesn’t have the quick settings we are used to. Several things to key in if just want to microwave for 10 seconds. But otherwise good microwave.

Excellent microwave wouldn’t go lower than this voltage ,heats food really good and in less time than most.worth the extra bucks.

Great appliance, the touch screen buttons are located inside of the door.. which i thought was kind of odd. other than that it is great,

Using the popcorn setting this thing will pop a full bag straight away without burning a thing! They got the heating sensor right on this one. Works perfect for re-heating food too.

10/10 wouldn’t buy again, cause this is gonna last me the next 10 years probably

Microwave is good but leaves black streaks on the counter when moved. Otherwise, no issues.

I bought this microwave so it would match my Black Slate appliances. It is fine with the exception of being quite light weight and sliding on my granite counter top.

Only problem I have is the blank face. It takes some getting used too, you will find yourself just putting your food in and hitting the timer on the front.

Would’ve gave it five stars but there’s no clock feature and it’s a little bit noisy. Should’ve been less money than I paid.

Love this microwave! Sensor feature takes the thinking out of reheating. So convenient!

We love our new LG Black Stainless microwave. It takes awhile to get used to the touch controls but once mastered they are great for everyday use. Highly recommended.
