Despite mostly 5 star reviews, I found the microwave was unbelievably noisy, the turntable was not stable, it made a strange grinding sound when cooking, the door did not close completely, and the touch pad was located on the inside of the door making it very inconvenient. So, I took this microwave back 3 days ago and ordered a more expensive Panasonic (I previously had a Panasonic that lasted 10 years); it was not in stock but they just delivered it and I'm very happy. It's quiet, intuitive, and easy to operate. I would not recommend the LG NeoChef microwave at all.
