I am disappointed because the controls are inside the door. I am used to the controls being to the right of the door. And it is not easy to set the timer. At this point I will have to live with it, but I like my old microwave much better.

You have to use the up and down buttons to set the time, so if you're cooking things for longer than a minute of two, it's a pain. The time is only in 10 second increments, there is no way to cook something for 45 seconds. This might not be a deal breaker for you, but it drives me nuts.
