But it had features that were bothersome: a very annoying signal that chimes far too long when finished with the cook time, and you can't set cook / heat time for less than 30 seconds. The chime was the real deal breaker since you can't turn it off. We returned it.

We do most cooking on the stove and oven so it didn’t even get that much constant use. When we did use it it heated food fast. I didn’t like the buttons that can be used only when door is open either. The door after about 10 months was more difficult to open resulting in the whole microwave moving when opening the door. I will not buy this model again
