Touch screen stopped working within 7 months

We don't use it for a long time - just the usual 1 or 2 minute instances for coffee, or reheating food twice a day. One day the touch screen just stopped responding. We get the F-3 failure code all the time. We tried to unplug and retry and that works occasionally, but most of the time it just doesn't work. When you are in a rush, this is extremely frustrating. I can't believe they don't have a backup option to use buttons to start this in the event of a touch screen failure. I mean the goal is to use the microwave not to support a fancy touch screen. Now we don't even know how to get this repaired without spending a lot of money for a repair service. Just USELESS and FRUSTRATING!

Things take longer to heat/ cook. I only purchased this so it could match the rest of appliances. Might also take awhile to get used to the number situation/ no dial/ hidden panel.

Ours arrived with out the coupler that makes it spin so hopefully we can get that part but aside from that jot having the numbers has been more annoying than i thought. How do you. Uke it for 20seconds when it goes up by 30 second increments?
