Best Buy wouldn't let me return it. Manufacturer will not replace or repair. They say they will reimburse but honestly I half expect the check to never show. We will see... Less than three months of normal use. It worked great, we never used anything but a damp cloth to clean it. One day it started making a repeating zapping noise while running. Not heating anymore. Everything on it is working as usual just no heat and weird noise. Very disappointed as I thought from the reviews this would be a good machine.

About six months ago the coffee began to be boiling on auto reheat and today the unit died. Lg usually has more durability. i am really disappointed.
