    Guess I'll keep it but very noisy. Wedged foam between right side and wall to dampen flimsy resonating enclosure. Previous LG was excellent and lasted many years. This one is disappointing though cooks well.

    Love the microwave but it is rusting in the inside. Unfortunately will need to replace after only 2 years.

    This microwave was a replacement on a geek squad plan on my bigger LG microwave. I did not get enough credit to buy to same one that I had. I choose the next smaller one down. This is the loudest microwave I have ever owned.

    We bought this in December to replace the one that came with our house. We loved the look and even the tune played when it's done. Now it's March 20th and we're starting to notice that it's not heating/cooking the food. I put 3 pieces of chicken in to reheat it (leftovers) and after 4 minutes on high it still wasn't even enough to melt the sauce it was stored in. Very disappointed. I have a microwave I use in the basement that's over 20 years old and it's working like a Champ (Amana) built when things were meant to last.

    The light bulb is not working. Never had a brand new microwave that the light bulb has blown within 1 month of purchase.

    Sleek but there are no controls on the front screen. You have to open the door and there is a keypad inside with limited choices. I tried to get used to it but cant.

    Was boxed not on display so turned out not what expected. Not as easy to punch in time or power settings as last microwave we had. Is so light that have to hold top of machine to open door or when try to open the whole machine just moves toward you.

    'Door' Error message

    picked up at locak Bestbuy, brought home and once plugged in and on first use, after 2 secs microwave would stop running and give a 'door' error. Nothing was interfering with door. I do give best buy 5 stars for ease of return.

Sometimes your microwave chassis may not be completely flush with the cabinets; this can cause a slight vibration and noise. If bolts, screws, and mounting brackets are firmly installed, this too can cause noise from the vibration. We'd suggest contacting us directly if this issue becomes too troublesome.     Microwave will interfere with your Wi-Fi network

    This microwave is just “OK”, it’s not great. I find I have to heat up food longer than my older microwave. But the bigger issue with this product is that every time I use the microwave to heat up food, my wi-fi/internet connection crashes. It seems this product is not shielded properly. This problem is very annoying, especially during these times of working from home and needing internet connect for virtual video conferences.

    We loved this LG microwave and had one but it only lasted 1 1/2 years. But because we loved it, we bought another one. It rattled and within a week the light went out so we took it back and got another one. This is the 3rd one and we are returning it because it makes so much noise. So disappointed ☹️

    Broke down after about 2 years

    Worked fine for about 2 years and then stopped working. Messaged LG and found out that the big "10 year warranty" logo on the front of the microwave doesn't mean the microwave is warranted for 10 years. It just means a certain part - the Magnetron? - is warranted for 10 years. The rest of the microwave is apparently warranted for 1 year. What that means is that we have to hire our own technician and he/she may be able to get us reimbursed for the part if the problem is the Magnetron. Pretty useless and by far the fastest we've ever had a microwave break down.

    LG really let me down. 3 months past warranty, it quit. no way to repair less than cost of new one. piece of crap.

    On this particular microwave the door has to be opened to program it & the screen doesn't have a light on the panel so I have to use a flashlight to program it.

    I got this after seeing it on the top shelf not even on display yet. It was exactly what I was looking for. Good power and size. It has the technology for even cooking and sensor cooking. You can do quick timed cooking with buttons on front and open micro for more specific cooking options such as popcorn setting. So far it works very well and I've had good luck so far with LG appliances, oven,dishwasher,washing machine. I did get two year protection after reading reviews on overall microwave life span.
