    Bells cannot be turned off. After 2 yrs stopped heating/warming food.

    Somewhat noisy. Also, not even the clock is easy to set. Time increments are hard to adjust.

    I am extremely disappointed with this microwave. It has hot spots to begin. I haven't read the manual but it appears you can not cook in single numbers, only multiples of 10.

    The light inside went out quickly (5-6months after purchase) and LG didn't honor their 1 year warranty and just did double speak

    Loud rattling grinding turntable trolley

    The turntable trolley was extremely loud. Make sure the wheels moved freely but it still made a grinding sound when it turned. Returned it Best Buy. They did not have anymore in stock.

    Stopped Heating after 4 months

    I had looked for a good microwave for so long to feed my family quickly since I have small children. I finally found this and although $238 is a lot to pay for this I decided to splurge. BIG MISTAKE!! Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase this pile of junk!! I bought it in April and by August it has stopped heating my food. Customer service is telling me they don’t replace they only reimburse and are unable to assist me due to system maintenance. How long am I supposed to be without a microwave??? And without my money?? I bought this to avoid having to warm my food up on the stove and now I have to do just that, How sad that LG takes people’s money and cannot even make quality products?? Extremely disappointed and saddened that I cannot trust LG. Will never buy their products again, I want my money back ASAP!!

    smoke coming out from it

    It was working perfect for about a few months and i just went to use it and smoke started to come out of it. I had to quickly turn it off to avoid a fire.

    Bought the LG 1.5 cu. ft. microwave in Feb 2021. It died in April, 2023. Just stopped heating. Was good while it lasted, but it didn’t last very long. Disappointed. Won’t buy again.

    It just stopped working

    Very disappointed in this microwave. 13 months after purchasing it, it makes all the noise, the center tray turns and the outside of the microwave heats up… but nothing inside it. Surely these items should last longer than 12 months????

    Would prefer to return this oven. Had a kichenaid prior to purchasing this oven and it was so easy to use. Still trying to figure the timer and clock on the lg. Have to unplug the oven to reset clock. Would not recommend this microwave.
