Do not waste your money !!!!

Not to mention it was not that great when it was brand new. I know they dont make things like they used to. But I certainly expected more than a year of use.

Did not like

I returned it after a week and went back to GE which I love. The turntable has 3 extra legs on it that are not wheels that make noise when going around and also it rattles when cooking. I ended up exchanging it for a GE and I am happy with it.

First one broke

I have had this one for 6 months and I have had no issues. The original one stopped worked after 6 months.

Not worth the money!

Posted .Hi there, We see that you left a 2 star review, However, We'd like to help change your experience for the better. We see that you're reporting that your LG Microwave won't turn on after a power outage. First we're glad you and your family are safe. Going further to address your concern, If too much current passes through the microwave circuitry, the line fuse will blow. If the line fuse blows, the microwave won't start. To determine if the line fuse is at fault, use a multimeter to test it for continuity. If the fuse does not have continuity, replace it. Hopes this helps. ~Tanisha

This is the 3rd LG microwave that has stopped working just after the first year, barely. All bought at Best Buy. Hope they stand behind this product failure.

Very loud and died after 2 years

It worked alright while it worked, but after 2 years of very light use, it stopped heating.

A simple task like reheating a cup of coffee can take up to two minutes, and even then, it’s not evenly warmed.

Microwave tried to burn down my house

This was a couple hours after I had used it. We owned a different model of LG microwave before this and it died in less than a year. Now, this model I purchased in August last year tried to burn my house down, putting my family in danger. Two microwaves back to back that ended up wasting nearly $400. LG needs to just stick to TVs.

Don't bother unless buy additional warranty

Not my favorite at all.

If you want to reset the clock, you have to unplug it and plug it back in (which is a pain when it is in a little nook). Not very pleased.

Do not get this microwave!

It made the typical microwave cooking sound and the turntable turned, but there was no heating up of the water. Also, different from every microwave I've ever had, you program the cooking time before you close the door of the microwave! Very Strange!! I called customer service and was told I could get an analysis , but what ever the outcome, I would have to pay to get it repaired as it was out of warranty. I ended up taking it to the recycle center.

Dead in 6 months!

I would say I used it everyday since and it died on me last week (05-05-20). All I did was microwave a burrito, heard a pop noise, and the lcd lights turned off never to turn back on again. I was not happy with this microwave to begin with as the buttons were overly complicated. Would not purchase again or recommend this microwave to anyone.

Less than I had expected.

Good Microwave, bad for Wifi/Bluetooth

Quit working afterless than 1 year

The magnetron went out. Lg was easy to work with and issued a check for the purchase price upon purchasing a replacement micriwave. The replacement microwave lasted less than 4 months. I have always had good luck with LG but would not reccomend buying their microwaves.
