    I don’t like it at all. Controls aren’t easy to use. Have to open the door to get to controls. Goes up by 19 second increments instead being able to set it by seconds. I am sorry I bought it. Not easy to use at all.

    Microwave - food never cooks correctly

    We had a 900 watt that never seemed to cook things well enough. Then we bought this 1200 watt LG. Now everything overcooks and is dry and not edible. I’ve tried different settings. So far haven’t been able to use it for any type of frozen foods. I hate to think we’re going to have to buy another microwave so soon. I definitely do NOT recommend this microwave.

    This is not very user friendly and only offers a handful of free channels. It requires you to pay for subscriptions.

    Very disappointed First one turn table didn’t turn Second one it turned but made terrible heating noise took back and changed for GE

    Control panel went out 18 months after purchase.

    The microwave worked fine, but had an anoying jingle that it played incessantly when cooking was complete until you opened the door. Also, 18 months in, the exterior buttons ceased to work. Got an F3 code. The innterior buttons worked but are useless with the door open, you can't start the microwave. My last microwave was 20 years old. 18 months. This is terrible.

    This microwave is crap. you cannot set a specific "cook time", it will only accept time in 30 second increments. That said "in store" service personnel were excellent! They deserve a 5-star rating

    Terrible product. Sensor heating worked for about a week. For the past year we have had problems with the microwave heating food. Some days it would heat, other days it would not. Completely stopped working last week after just 2 years. Not worth the money!

    Won’t buy again

    Brought this item little over 2 years ago work fine until now. It will run but won’t hear anything up. It would also make a high pitch sound when running. You would think after paying over $100 it would last much longer. I will never buy a LG product again after having a microwave and 2 phones go to waste.

    Damaged Upon Delivery

    The microwave was delivered quickly but the glass was shattered. Best Buy was wonderful is getting the replacement ordered and providing return shipping label information.

    Short-lived microwave, look for better quality

    Stopped working after 1 month of use. The light turns on and it is heating to some degree, but it no longer makes the blowing sound, spins or cooks evenly.

    After two weeks the microwave broke down and Best Buy would not exchange it because it was past the 15 day return policy. How weird it broke down just after their policy time…

    I picked this microwave out of the lineup at my local Best Buy store, and I'm so glad I chose this one! So far it's truly been a delight to use. - Door design is minimalist, not overloaded with the usual mostly useless buttons (1-9, popcorn/frozen meals/etc.). Slider timer is fast and flexible, but just pressing the Start button gets you 30-second cooking. Recessed handle is much cooler than the usual sticky button or awkward door handle. - Sensor keeps my oatmeal from boiling over and cooks it to perfection (1/2 cup oatmeal + 1 cup water, no need to cover while cooking). - LED interior light looks ghostly but actually shines brightly on the food. - Top and sides are textured durable powder-coated paint. (We bought the model in black. BTW, in case anyone's wondering, the white also has the textured powder coating, and the stainless steel has a smoother-textured brownish-gray painted finish. They're all very pretty, but the black was best for our decor.) - Sound effects are pleasant. (Note, however, that if you're hearing impaired, the volume is pretty soft. My husband works around this by using his phone to time his cooking.) - Operation is very quiet. So far, we don't have anything to complain about, but if we run across anything, I'll try to remember to update this review...

    disgraceful warranty service

    Microwave quit operating within three weeks. LG will not replace the defective unit. They expect me to purchase another LG microwave. The identical replacement is now $70.00 more than the original purchase. LG will only reimburse me the original purchase price not the replacement cost! Absurd!
