    Worked great for about 11 months then it just quit working. Best Buy wont exchance it, i have to go thru LG customer service to setup a repair and will be without a microwave for months. Probably just gonna throw it away and go buy a different brand, ota roo much hassle

    No key pad

    You can’t just set the timer or the cook time. You have to use a ridiculous touch screen slide bar and keep taping it to get the desired time. I’m not sure who over-engineered this but it takes way more time than just being able to hit the numbers on a key pad.

    finish on item is cheap. set microwavable dish on it and it burnt top of microwave. cooks to hot and too light weight on counter

    Do not purchase. I had this microwave for about 8 months before it stopped working. I had it plugged into a circuit breaker. Not sure exactly what happened. Made several attempts to contact LG for repair, but they have not responded.

    Huge disappointment

    The heating element died after 4 months. I didn't like the fact that it had so many bells and whistles on the INSIDE of the door. Could not believe that after 4 months and very little usages, it totally stopped heating.

    I bought this microwave on 05.16.20 at Hemet store I think is a defective piece since it stop working two weeks ago. I need to get a refund so I can apply it to the purchase of a new one but different brand.

    Bought this microwave at Best Buy. It stopped heating food after 10 months. Now I have to pay to ship it to LG and get it repaired. I do not recommend this product!

    The worst microwave I have ever owned. The stupidest design. You cannot select a heating time without pressing 8 buttons. I absolutely cannot get over that this product even exists.

    Warning stay away from lg microwaves

    I bought this microwave in august 2019 and it just died on March 2021. Just wow this is my second subpar product that I have purchased from lg. I had a refrigerator have three diagnostic issues after a month and finally die after two years.

    The engineering was very bad. Though it was incredibly quiet, the microwave LITERALLY DID NOT SIT FLAT ON THE COUNTER. Shockingly poor execution. Returned.

    This thing just started working poorly conveniently afyer the 1 year warranty expired. Takes 5 minutes to heat something where 30 seconds was good before. Go figure.

    not worth the price and with many issues. Here are 2 major issues: 1. When it starts, our WiFi is not working immediately 2. There is something wrong with feet. It slides when open the door. It's not usable now.
