This oven is perfect for a small, open kitchen. Its design is refreshingly sleek and unobtrusive, reminiscent of the flat-screen of the Amana we owned when MW ovens were first introduced, but more compact. The controls are well-designed and simple to operate, uncluttered with specialty buttons rarely if ever used. My only gripe is a minor one, and it's that it sounds like a pachinko arcade when it operates.

Good looking unit and works well. It takes awhile to get used to the lack of a keypad. Everything has to be done in multiples of 10 seconds. Once you get used to it the interface is fine. The other thing that could be annoying to some (it was to me) is the stupid melody it plays at the end of every run. Nowhere in the manual does it tell you how to turn off the tones. (touch and hold "Clear" and "Sensor Cook" until the display says "OFF". Do the same thing to turn the sounds back on.

Seems odd at first, but interface for cook time is simple and fast to use once used to it. Elegant, minimal design looks good. Feels solid solidly put together.

Overall works great. The lack of numbers to directly enter time takes a bit of getting used too. Inside light is bright. Music and end of cycle and reminder is nice change over typical beeps.

This is a great microwave. It's very easy to use. We bought the black stainless steel and I really love the look of it.

I love it !!!! I was not going to buy the microwave, but read the reviews and decided it was better than the others. It fits nicely on my counter and is very easy to use. The instruction book is very helpful, so now we can use the microwave all of the time. I even have sent the information to a friend and highly recommended it to her. Love it when the timer goes off and the melodic tune lets us know , when time is up.

Love the sounds it makes. Works perfect. Like that u can slide your finger for the amount of time on the front.

Our old microwave was on its last legs although only 5 years old. It was smaller (1.2 cuft) and less powerful, but it fit in the space we had. Our new LG is larger on the inside and more powerful and about the same size as our old one. It heats faster and more evenly. Easier to control. Nice audio signal when done and also as a reminder a short time later if we forget to take something out. Would buy again.

We had this beauty until a sudden mechanical problem made her impossible to make food. Well since we need food and with the great staff from the customer service department I was directed to a replacement the next day in the morning. Not that we didn’t eat but more the great service that I encountered with a great product also.

This is a great microwave. It's cheap and packed full of basic features. We picked this because it's small and fit in a tight space in our finished basement.

We were remodeling our kitchen and removed the microwave over the stove. I wanted a countertop one and saw this LG product at Best Buy. I also wanted one that would accommodate a dinner plate because we often heat up leftovers. The only downside I've found is that when you have to reset the clock, like after a power outage, you need to actually unplug/reset the microwave.

Very sleek look and easy to use. Its not ridiculously heavy. Definitely worth the money.

We got this model in Feb 2018 and it died after 6 years of service, almost to the date after light use in a family of two. When I called LG about the 10 yr warranty, they said it only covers the cost of the magnetron if a professional technician submits their receipt for the magnetron (approx $100). As you can imagine, the cost of labor is on par or greater than the part cost, so…would you want to sink $100-200 to service a 6 yr old microwave that costs $190 before tax? The hassle of finding a reliable appliance tech, scheduling a service call, stranger in your house, quality of service, etc…Your call. I’m just gonna buy another one, probably not LG cuz I’m mad at them for the moment.
