But I will leave a review on THIS LG microwave. Both were very nice looking on my countertop and served their purposes well. But I need a microwave to last more than just 4 years. Both died when the heating element quit working. Needless to say, I will not be buying another LG microwave.

The control panel still works and the turntable still spins, but it just doesn’t heat food. LG was absolutely no help. They told me to bring it to the service center, which charges a fee to fix it. I didn’t bother because I could buy a new and better microwave for the same price. The 10 year warranty on the inverter is deceiving.

This unit has a 10-Year Warranty on Magnetron which means if this is the part that is causing the issue, you would only be responsible for the cost of labor.
