Love this very sleek and modern looking microwave that blends in with our renovated kitchen. Very easy to use. Love the slider control panel on the outside glass and the hidden control panel inside the door. So much nicer than our old GE microwave.

This lg microwave has been great. My old one dies after having for very long time so was worried that a new onle wouldnt last. but this one has and is good size and powerful too. like the way it opens with no handle or push button.

Bought this on August 1st. So far, so good. I love the way it looks and it works like a microwave should. It is easy to clean and operate. It took a little time to get used to not having a number pad but I admire trying something different and innovative.

Purchased this product for wife. Compared it with one larger and decided to go with this. It was the right size for the kitchen. I wish it hadLG ThinQ capable like all other LG appliances. Other than that one of the best microwave I ever used!

I got this microwave because it fit the size I was looking for and had the extra perk of being LG, considered one of the top brands for appliances...well, at least that's what I thought. Regarding features, let's be honest, almost all similar brands out there have the same set of features, so that part was not that important for me when deciding what microwave to buy. The 1st thing that I noticed was how loud it was. It rattles A LOT from multiple sources: 1) the door: it simply vibrates a lot (for this I cut some rubber stoppers and put them in the groves where the corners of the doors touch the frame) 2) the glass plate support: it has a hexagonal system with 3 wheels and 3 flat "sliders". This is supposed to provide more stability of the plate, but it is noisy 3) the enclosure: same as the door, it vibrates. If you put pressure with your hand the rattling stops, when you let go it starts again. No fix for this like with the door You learn to live with the noise as you use the microwave and get more and more accustomed to it. Unfortunately, after 1.5 years of having it, it died with a couple loud sparks, a strong smell of burnt lacquer and an scalding hot enclosure (which makes me think a coil of some sort burned) With 1.5 years of service this is the shortest lived microwave I've ever had, and certainly something I was not expecting from a top brand like LG. On the plus side, aesthetically, this is one of the nicest looking microwaves out there (personal opinion). But I can't do much with a non-functional good-looking microwave. Will start looking for a replacement across other brands different from LG.

The controls are certainly different than the typical bargain store brands but are easy enough to figure out and when you do, they work great. Plenty of power, stylish, and well lit. You can actually see fook cooking! Far better than the other brands I have used.

This thing looks great and is super easy to use. When closed, it has 4 buttons, but also has all the extra options you’d expect from a microwave, hidden unless you open the door. It’s great if you want that minimalist look. The sense cooking options seem a little silly, as you need to remember what “sens 1,” 2, 3 etc mean.

This is the best microwave I've ever owned by far. It's sleek, powerful, convenient and full of nice features such as led interior lighting. I DO wish, however, that the exterior controls were lit to be easier to see and use w.o having to use room lights. BB price/cost also turned out best 'cause they had free delivery!

This is an excellent microwave w/ unique touchpad. I like the musical chime instead of the traditional beeping when cooking is done. One major flaw: fingerprint issue. The door will pick up finger print very easily! Despite this issue I like this unit very much. Overall great value and great performance.

Nice microwave! I like that the front does not have all the buttons on it. Settings are inside the door. Good size, easy to use (after getting use to not having a keypad). Outside and inside both attractive and easy to clean. Highly recommend!

Very good microwave. Controls are easy to use, appearance is very nice. Wish the sounds it made when the timer goes off were a bit louder, can be hard to hear when in another room. On full power it heats things quickly and more evenly than most ovens that I've used.

This is a great microwave. Cooks great, super quite. The silly musical ding when it’s done cooking is a bit annoying. Only problem was the magnetron failed one month before end of year warranty. LG was great though, I submitted a claim online and uploaded my receipt. Rather then send it back for repair they opted to send me an email to reimburse us for a new microwave. So we’re headed to Best Buy to pick up our new one right now.

So I totally love the sensor cook. This is my first not cheap microwave, so I might be overly impressed. I was going to go with samsung to match my other appliances and even bought an open box "excellent", but it came damaged and the outside material whatever it was felt cheap. If you compare this to a samsung model specs this one is better, it also had better reviews. So I decided to get this one even though it wont match my other appliances. And I do not regret my decision at all, very happy with my purchase. It is kinda loud but its also 1250 watts so I don't know, it doesn't bother me.

This microwave works really well, better than the one I had before and the price was good too. I love how it rings a little ring when it is done cooking and then dings at you to remind you that something is in there waiting for you. I cannot be happier than I am with this purchase!

I rate this 5 stars for the price, and the 1,200 watts of output. Controls are simple, sensors work pretty good. The 10 second increments are not a big deal in my opinion. You can always cancel if you want to be more precise, but softening butter takes a couple 10 second bursts anyway. So why bother? If you want to buy stuff in the freezer section of your local grocery store that requires an 1,100 watt or greater microwave oven, then go for it! This thing (or a late '70's Amana Radarange) will do the job without a hiccup! It's fast, it's powerful, it's cheap, it's simple, and you really can't break it unless you toss it from a 10 story window. It's not real pretty and it's a bit noisy. But it sure works!

My 1 cu ft Sharp microwave died just before Christmas so I needed a new one NOW. I did some quick internet research and headed to the appliance store. They had no LG Neo Chef in stock! Before heading to the other large appliance store in town I stopped in at Best Buy as I had to drive through their parking lot anyway. I have never shopped for appliances at Best Buy but Wow there were at least 6 different models on display. And the sales person was quite knowledgeable and helpful! Love this microwave. It is deeper than my old Sharp but otherwise about the same footprint. I like the startup and ending chimes rather than the standard annoying beeps. I do agree with others who dis the fact you can only set times in 10 second increments thus the 4 rather than 5 star rating.
