Wanted something simple and easy to use, it’s not like we are microwaving a pork roast or anything. Simple, clean destine. No handle to muck up, through the door touch controls. Great little microwave.

I like the looks and features of this oven but I do miss having a numeric keypad and this also does not give you the option to heat in 5 second increments. It only goes by ten second increments so there is no 15 seconds, 25 seconds etc.

Nice Microwave. A lot more roomier than our previous Kenmore. Very even heating. Makes great oatmeal. We wish there were more pre-programmed settings like soup.

Loving my new microwave! It is taking some getting used to having controls on the inside of the door jamb. But it makes for a nice clean look. Power is awesome. Defrosts without overcooking foods.

Very easy to use. The pleasant tunes when starting a cycle and ending the cycle are a nice alternative to the old series of beeps. The only improvement I would like to see is a light up display for selecting time, start, and end. Hard to see if you don't have a light on.

I love the buttons being on the inside of the door so the electronics are more protected. Easy to use. Love the look. Works perfectly.

I bought this over a year ago and i love it. It fits with the rest of the black stainless appliances and i love the button setup on it. Cooks great.

I like this Microwave. The design and recessed side handle is mostly why I purchased and the capacity along with overall unit size is good. my main criticism is the open/close mechanism is not the best. it requires a hard pull to open and hard push or "slam" to close.. I wish that was a smooth/soft close process because that makes the unit seem "cheap". If the door was weighted it would probably be less an issue. Still overall happy with product.

I have owned this for a month now and so far everything is working great. Even cooking and nice features. My only criticism is the price of the matching trim piece at $280 which is more than the microwave. Makes no sense LG!

Looks nice and heats food evenly. It took a while to get used to as it doesn’t have a key pad to set the timer but it definitely does what I purchased it for.

I'm enjoying it. Easy to use. I love the flat front - without all the buttons that catch splashes etc., it makes it so easy to keep clean with just a quick swipe across the door. Great design!

We’ve had this microwave for about 4 weeks now. It’s clean sleek look fits in perfectly with our other lg kitchen appliances. It’s tune that plays when done is cute and the kids love it. We placed it on a shelf between cabinets. Definitely recommend!

I wish it had a melt or soften option like my old microwave did but all and all the LG works great and it has a pretty tune when it's done cooking. I have the LG front load washer and dryer I also really like those too my next purchase will be the LG refrigerator and gas range.

I am in love with this microwave. It took me a few times to get used to the buttons, but once understood - it's SO user friendly, and cooks the food quickly & thoroughly. VERY happy with the purchase, the soft tones it makes when complete & appearance.

In an attempt at reducing the number of button selections, they've eliminated the number keypad. Timer is on a slider in 10 second increments, 30 second increments, etc. Downside is you can't select something like 6 seconds or anything in between the increment size. Also, the interior is black not white, so seeing food spatters is hard for cleanup. Good news for messy people, bad news for clean freaks. But it works and the size is just right for most uses. I did not fully explore the features and just assumed all microwaves had a number keypad. If I had to choose again, I would not pick this one. Also, the timer slider is not easy to use.

We love this microwave ! It's the perfect size and offers all the features we need.

Love everything about this microwave except the short cord. Make sure you have a plug close to where you plan to plug this in. If they would have placed the plug in cord at the bottom of the microwave instead of the top I would have been able to use my old microwave stand. Because of the way the cord is built in it was too short. I needed to use an alternative stand. The microwave is easy to use and works great. It does have a timer and is easy to set cooking times. I mostly use the sensor times for reheating.

Perfect microwave for what we needed as a replacement. Good size, and I like the right edge/lip for the door handle instead of a push button. Simple buttons on the front to easily start and stop, or increase time.

Our microwave went out and we went shopping at Best Buy for a new one. After reading about the features on several different models we settled on this one. We have been using it for months now. It works great and I like the features. I highly recommend this model!
