This microwave has worked very well for us and we have no concerns about it. I like the tune it plays when it finishes whatever it is doing.

This is a great Microwave. The options of increasing and decreasing the time and power by sliding on the plus and minus sings on the face is VERY convenient. It is a nice large size without being overwhelming. The 5 point rollers rather than the usual three makes the turntable very stable. The light inside is also a great feature. Overall, highly recommended. One suggestion that would get it a fifth star from me would be if the controls themselves were lighted.

This is my first time having a LG microwave, I can mention that it gets the job done. The amount of time you put to heat something up it’s exactly what it does. You could warm up a hamburger and 30 seconds to a minute. Warms it up nice and perfect. I like the futures that it contains it gives you options of what you’re going to cook and a little nice tone sound. The size is incredible that you can also cook a chicken in there. Best part a pizza.

Very pleased with purchase, easy to use, love the sound it makes when it is through. Heats up food great, carousel works smoothly and all is quiet.

Fantastic microwave !!! lots of use full features and cooks great. Auto is amazing. Defrost feature actually works too. Love the reminder if you leave something in there. I've done that a bunch

Best microwave ever! Powerful, safe, and easy to use and clean!

Bought this to upgrade from an older microwave I had for about 6 years. Little did I know how much of an upgrade this would be. Pros. This thing will cook your food so fast, you won't even have time to watch your favorite cat video while on the can before its time to eat! It looks attractive. I mean, just look at it! Cons. The "beep" for this unit is more like a jingle that you either love or hate. I can see it eventually getting annoying. Thankfully there's youtube to show you how to silence the thing. All in all. I'm happy with it.

Took a little bit to figure out the controls, it was not intuitive and very different than a traditional microwave. Once you get used to the touchscreen control though, you will likely not want to go back. Very high marks for looks, makes my kitchen look better than it is and this doesnt seem to pick up fingerprints. Door has no button to push and wont break like our last one, which is why we had to buy this one. Kind of pricey. Overall very good, would recommend.

Wanted largest in capacity and power at Best Buy Sept. 09, 2019 to replace an old smaller model. Also purchased extended warranty. Microwave is a good one.

Great microwave with a good capacity. Simplistic design and easy to use touch controls. The song upon completion can be a bit annoying but it grows on you.

It’s been great so far. Easy to work for what we use it for. Like the little music tones it has. Just wish it was able to raise the volume on the tones so it could be heard in other rooms.

Heats things very quick. Earlier I was using small one, very much satisfied with this purchase

I was a little skeptical about buying an LG since I've heard horror stories about fridges, etc. BUT my main attraction to this one was that you can easily turn off all the sound. LOVE that option. I don't really cook with a microwave, but I do make bacon in it but it does it better & faster than my previous microwave and the inside is super easy to clean.

It heats evenly and quickly, and it's very easy to use and clean. It also has a happy little song when your food is ready.

Excellent microwave. Love the many functions, the sound, and the look.
