I’m getting used to the controls being inside the door, it’s different. I love the feature when heating food, you can easily add additional seconds or minutes. I love LG products. Very contemporary style.

The only minor issue we have discovered is that timing can only be increased 10 seconds (Since this microwave does NOT have a numerical keypad). In all fairness, we haven't bothered to search to see if there are other options because its a minute issue.

Best Buy is The Best

There is a learning curve we are going through, but have been very pleased with our purchase and use to date.
