We really like this unit. It is a sleek design and looks great in our kitchen. The majority of the buttons/controls are on the inside of the door...so it is a very neat and tidy appearance. For a smaller microwave it cooks quickly with 1200 watts. Probably my favorite feature is the little song it plays when it has finished...instead of a beep. If there was one thing I wish was different would be that times are only in 10 second increments, but that is easy enough to work with!

The whole family love this microwave. Very pleasant sounds and easy to use. Aesthetically pleasing on the counter.

We enjoy our NeoChef 1.5 cu but miss a numeric keypad. I'm very disappointed by the buzzing that the cabinet makes while the microwave is running. It is so annoying, and it would have been so easy to design and/or build the microwave without this defect. It would be too much trouble to pack it up and return it during the pandemic; and who knows if a replacement would have the same defect. Once the one-year warranty period is over, I'll open up the cabinet and fix it myself.

I love this microwave. It does it's job very well, then it sings a little song at the end. I wish the cord was longer though.

Love how sleek the microwave looks. It also works well, no complaints. The only downside is that it doesn't have a lot of presets.

Replaced an older built in microwave with this one because the dimensions were very close. Pleasantly surprised on how well it looked once installed and made the kitchen look nicer. The controls seemed a little different than a normal micro but once I used it several times I now understand why. They are extremely easy to use from inside the panel for more detailed reheating or for quick heating using the controls outside the panel. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a microwave oven.

A Powerful and innovative mid-size microwave with sensor, inverter smart cooking. It plays music when done instead of a harsh alarm, and repeats music at intervals in case you forget that food was in the microwave. I like the enamel interior, much nicer than normal white microwaves. Also the interior dimensions make better use of space and is surprising roomy for the microwave size. The Bright LED cooking/open door light shows food progress during cooking. The sliding timer takes getting used to and is slower than entering numbers for the time, it has its advantages, especially once you get used t it.

Overall very nice microwave. Works good. Only gave 4 stars for one safety flaw. Microwave starts automatically by hitting the start sensor even if it is accidentally pressed. Should be two step process for safety reasons. Instructions do say to leave a cup of water in the microwave when not in use.

Just the right size on the counter top and plenty of room on the inside. Easy to cook food perfectly. No smudge/fingerprints on the exterior.

Heats food up more evenly than my last one and since it is a bit larger, quicker too.

Good product but wish I could program the minutes I want to reheat. The unit only lets you program in increments of 20 seconds, but you can set it from the outside and not have to open the door to set time. I would prefer key pad on the outside.

The microwave works well. The only thing we don't like is that it will not let you set single minutes. Usually goes in 10 or more seconds at a time. You change the time with a slide bar instead of buttons so we can't enter exact times. There may be a way, but we haven't figured it out. Recommend if you don't have an issue with the timer.

I love LG appliances and this microwave does not disappoint. Very easy to use, quiet, and actually has more room inside than I thought.

Was very skeptical about a microwave without either a standard keypad or even a dial to enter the timer but have really loved how easy this is to use! It’s a sleek unit that fits perfectly in our cabinet, and reheats like a champ. The front is quickly prone to fingerprints on the controls but is very easy to clean (the interior is easy to clean as well). Such a random thing to like, but as others have stated even the song at the end is oddly pleasant! Very pleased with the purchase.
