This is a great microwave. I love the size. My glass cookware fits inside without hitting the sides as it rotates. The sensor cooking took me a bit of time to trust because it takes longer to cook than if I would have just randomly selected a time, but just believe in it and your food will come out perfectly heated. I did miss having actual numbers to push, but I’m over it now. I would buy this microwave again and recommend it to my very picky family members.

This is my first time spending this much on a microwave. But this was the best decision I’ve ever made! I’ve had it for almost a month now. And I love it! It’s amazing and it’s way better than purchasing cheap microwaves I definitely can tell the difference! Get one you won’t be disappointed!

It is a great microwave unit, easy to use , and took me a while to get a handle on it. Most microwave units undercook things. This one is comparable to a real oven, it cooks things in medium time.

I like this microwave. It has an interesting way to set the time for your meals. It has a touch pad slide that you move your finger back and forth till you get to the right time. It does a great job heating the food. About the only negative I would say is that once you get past minute 4, it only increases the times in 30 second increments.

Our new home did not have an installed microwave, which meant we were forced to go with a countertop. While we would have preferred a smaller footprint (the smaller version did not include sensor cooking--a must for me), this microwave is absolutely great. It's sensor cooking and ease of use get top marks. Really, really love this microwave. LG, you did it again. And top marks to Best Buy for making the exchange easy and affordable. Thank you.

Overall, I like it. It a has a couple quirks - such as you can't do 5-second intervals (only increments of 10 seconds). The lack of a keypad takes some getting used to, but once you figure out the slider bar it's not too bad. You have to open the door in order to use the timer feature, that's one downside. The look of it is incredible - very clean with not a lot of buttons showing on the face and no handle on the front

Great microwave oven for the price. Had this one for about 10 months and it’s perfect. Even plays a little song when it’s done.

Very nice, sleek design, works great. We love the hidden keypad design. We didn’t notice until we purchased -this unit doesn’t have numbers! In order to set time, you have to repeatedly press the + key to add time. Not difficult and sometimes annoying for that 6 minute baked potato. Defrost feature is very good.
