This is our 2nd one as the first one went dead within 9 months. Power didn’t turn on and we didn’t purchase the warranty. We purchased it with this one. Works and looks great with all our other black stainless steel appliances!

This is a beautiful microwave. The black stainless finish is elegant and the inside is roomy. But, the controls are not so user friendly as the Sharp microwave we had previously. You have to push several buttons for a single function, such as reducing the power or defrosting bread. We also have to manually set it for popcorn as the popcorn button literally burns our bags of skinny pop.

Microwave looks great, works great, the preset functions work better than I expected, heat’s up food very fast. I thought not having numbers would be a problem over time but the slide time function just works really well.

The microwave works very well, sensor heat helps to find the ideal time and level. The material seems very durable and it is beautiful.

This is a great little unit with plenty of power. Very pleased. The only drawback is the noises it makes when things are done.

Very good product. Controls take some time getting used to but after awhile very simple to use. Be careful when heating foods. Had a different 1000 watt microwave before and the LG heats food much quicker so lower your cook time when first using. Overall I like this microwave.

Bought this to replace our old microwave. I like the capacity, and the extra power over the typical countertop microwave. It saves a lot of time! The controls are simple and straightforward, and I like that I can set cooking time with a swipe of a finger.

Comes with a musical surprise. Never thought a microwave would be fun - its pretty nice.

This worked out perfectly to complete our downstairs family room's functionality. No more trips upstairs to heat snacks and food for those family gatherings as well as our granddaughter's food when we babysit.

I purchased this unit to replace a Microwave that I had for over 15 years. A few issues I ahve with this one are the base feet are not level and I had to place pads under the feet to ballance it out. The controlls on the front for me are onnly the timer slider and start and stop, so if your like me and dont STUDY the manual like most I think the other controlls are inside the door. When you open the door the controlls are clear but I never use them as I only use the unit to warm things up like coffee or a slice of Pizza. I think the controlls on the inside could have been on the outside, but I thiink that was to make the unit affordable.

Took a while to get used to the sliding time adjustment, but I like it now. It is a sleek looking microwave oven.

Not too big not to small, perfect inside space to warm! Easy to clean and use !!
