Got this as a replacement for a similar sized microwave that burned out. Works well as designed. No keypad can be either a help for setting time or a hindrance by being less precise, since times can only be set in increments of 10 seconds. Defrost cycle actually works pretty well when you enter approximate weight of the item. Overall would recommend to most people.

I love the sleek design. I was looking for a door with a handle instead of a button to open and this model fit my needs. I really enjoy the simplicity of the controls now (was unsure at first). Overall, highly recommended. Hopefully, it will continue to perform as it does now. We’ve had it for about a month I think. Use it daily. No complaints.

I am enjoying this microwave it is very simple to use easy clean up. I like not pushing in the button. My other microwaves I had to push the button the button always failed me and I had to replace it. I think this was a great choice.

This microwave operates differently than most. The door has some of the most basic controls, but to get to the functions of power level and sensor cooks, you have to open the door after you set the cook time. So set your cook time before you put the food in. The sensor cook feature is the best and most accurate I have seen, and I use it more than I have on any other microwave. Once you get used to the way it operates, it is a superior machine.

So far, so good. This is my third LG Microwave. I really do like them, although the first two didn't last very long. (This time, I did get the Best Buy protection plan.) I like the sleek appearance, and this microwave does cook and clean up very well. I often use the defrost feature and the sensor cook presets, and have had very good results.

The sounds this microwave makes are terrible. It plays annoying music at you in beeps with different tunes for different situations. What happened to just the regular few beeps to tell you it is done? It also lacks a numeric keyapd, instead using a slider to set the time. I thought this would be fine, but it turns out to be quite annoying as you either have to repeatedly stab the touch panel or try to hit the time exactly with the digital touch slider and then back up and go forward in 10second or 30 second increments. It isn't obvious when you are buying it, but this is a really terrible design. It is also not nearly as quiet as the reviews make it out to be.

Great microwave oven. Easy to use and modern appearance makes it fit right in the kitchen.

So far I’ve had a generally positive experience with the LG NeoChef. Food has cooked quickly and evenly. The lack of a standard keypad takes a bit getting used to. I like the ability to set a cook time by swiping or pressing Start to cook in 30 second increments. And I like the clean looks of the front. However, this means that you have to open the door to access buttons for any other functions, including setting a timer.

This microwave is the best I have ower and has awesome features that make heat and reheating super easy

Had a Oster microwave unit before this one and with the new technology incorporated in this one is truly remarkable. Plus the brand name and researching many microwaves found this to be the ultimate. Highly recommend this unit if your looking for a microwave.

I am very pleased with my purchase….the easy clean interior surface, sensor cooking as well as manual option of time input! This my second LG microwave and the first one lasted about 15 years…..well it was actually still working but a piece from the push in door release finally broke from years of use.

Awesome product works great food cooked from the inside. The gentleman at Best Buy in Waterford Connecticut was a great help knew what he was talking about. He also price match it. It was a great experience.

Appearance is great, that's as far as it goes. Unfortunately, in less that 18 months, the MWO stopped working, Mind you, it is used in a household of ONE senior, who uses it to warm food here and there. Contacted LG who would not do anything even though they have the codes from the MWO... they wanted a receipt... OKAY now we have the purchased in late November 2023 for a Christmas 2024 gift, let's see what they will do next. Maybe it was an unlucky lemon... I wish this review was more about a great experiience, but truth must be told.
