Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.0ne of my favorite features is the slide your finger to increase seconds works great to reheat coffee or just close the door and hit start and runs for 30 seconds...Still getting used to the sensor reheat however has menu for some popular items that's easy to read when door is open and the handle is great no push button to break and doesn't stick out looks clean. the light inside when working also is great

I use sensor reheat most often with great results. I wished it would say something meaningful on the menu instead of reheat -1 through -5. You have to refer to the manual to find that -3 is to reheat a plate of food. Otherwise no complaints. the chimes are nice as well.

The auto settings seem to work really well except on oatmeal. I actually like the music vs the annoying beeps of other microwaves. I do sometimes miss the number buttons on the outside because if don't want to use the auto feature, you have to keep hitting add 30 sec or try to use the scroll bar which is difficult to get set at lower time amounts.
