This is the best microwave i have ever owned. I was considering a Breville microwave and did all the research but was still unsettled so i went into store to look at others and this LG captured my attention and won me over. The technology is great the open and close latch isnt loud and the finish timer is adorable not obnoxious like most.

So far it's a great microwave. It looks nice, heats evenly and is easy to use.

This is the first LG appliance I've bought. It's so intuitive and sleek looking that I'm planning to replace my frig stove and dishwasher with sleek LG appliances

Size is right, heats fine, is a bit noisy - and no way to set a “specific” timer. Can only be set in increments of 10secs. Nothing smaller - so like 10 seconds or 20 seconds , but not 15 seconds.

Easy to use and clean. Very powerful. Heated foods are much more moist than previous microwave.

We have had this microwave for a few weeks and I am liking it overall. The auto settings seem to work really well except on oatmeal. I actually like the music vs the annoying beeps of other microwaves. I do sometimes miss the number buttons on the outside because if don't want to use the auto feature, you have to keep hitting add 30 sec or try to use the scroll bar which is difficult to get set at lower time amounts.

Product works well, easy to navigate and purchase from Best Buy was easy.

The unit cooks food evenly and pretty quickly. I gave it only 4 stars because you have to keep the door open to set the cooking time, power level and even to set the clock...otherwise, it's great!

The oven is easy to use. It has done a good job on whatever I have cooked or heated.

Wish the numbers and letters were bigger!!! It is powerful and the capacity is more than enough. I will like the opportunity to choose from a list of different colors. When I when to the store it was only white. Also liked the option to get an extended warranty. Since the hurricane Maria passed over us the electricity has being awful and the equipments keep getting damaged with on and off of the electricity power.

This is a very good 1200 watt microwave. It is sleek in appearance (black stainless steel), with a spacious, easy to clean interior. Controls are different and take some getting used to but work well. The sensor based cooking and reheating results are good. I thought LG appliances were made in South Korea. Not so as this model is made in China.

Love our new microwave!! It’s gorgeous and very techy. I love the ringtone when your food is ready.

We were in the market for a specific size microwave to fit in our island. We bought this on the basis of the reviews and so far it hadn't disappointed. It trashes a few days to get use to not having a number key pad. But you get use to how it works pretty quick. The sensor cook has worked great, as well as the defrost. The We're happy with the purchase.
