It cooks food and defrosts evenly and the musical tones it uses are preferable to the obnoxious buzzer from other microwaves. I have a few quibbles with the design, however. Firstly, the turntable support slips out of place often and re-seating the turntable is not as quick and easy as it should be. Secondly, the convoluted system for auto-cooking is ridiculously complicated and you must have the manual handy just to look up simple cooking techniques. Thirdly, I cannot figure out how to set it to time for a period and then begin cooking. This is a big drawback for me, as I used that feature on my old microwave daily, so that all of the dishes I prepared would be ready at the same time. I have only had the appliance for about two weeks, so I may get accustomed to it, but as of now, I hate the controls and find the manual maddening.

Out of 24 bags of popcorn made, the popcorn button only burnt 2. Easy to clean and after a year it still looks brand new!

Fan does blow hard so anything that steams will look like a tornado in the microwave. Touch feature is very cool

Great Microwave - pretty quiet

It works great; at first, it seems to be a lot stronger than my previous microwave, so it took awhile to get used to it. But it cooks more thoroughly, and faster than the old one. The only negative thing is that you have to drag your finger to set the timer, which you get used to quickly. It has a 30 sec button, however.

This thing cooks very fast and evenly. The done dinger is a pleasant sounding one, which is a nice difference from some others that are nasty sounding. Some of the controls are hidden under the door... sort of. But that is not troublesome once you get used to it. The basic controls are right on the front door, so it is easy to load and go.
