Heats up food all over and doesn’t burn my popcorn. Cons: I miss having a number pad!!! Not LGs fault since I saw that it didn’t have one when I got it...BUT now that I have had it for awhile, I definitely prefer having a number pad vs one that doesn’t.

I have both a LG stove and dishwasher and was happy with both of them. I'm very happy with the mic. Yes, like all kitchen stuff it takes some time to learn how to use it. And if you use the programmed features you need to have the book handy. But it seems to do the job---and do it well.

It's big enough to hold a good sized plate. I also enjoy the ingenuity of the microwave. I've never seen on before where you use a slider to set the time.

Integrated door handle is easier to open and close. The sound can be muted to stop notifications. Full Control panel inside door. Quick start feature and sliding bar adjustment for cook time on outer door panel. All settings are touch control.

Kind of a pain if you like to use the timer on a microwave for other things and have to open the door. Cooks fast for a smaller unit. Makes a little vibration noise at times.

Biggest LG Disappointment. MWO not to purchase

Unfortunately, in less that 18 months, the MWO stopped working, Mind you, it is used in a household of ONE senior, who uses it to warm food here and there. Contacted LG who would not do anything even though they have the codes from the MWO... they wanted a receipt... OKAY now we have the purchased in late November 2023 for a Christmas 2024 gift, let's see what they will do next. Maybe it was an unlucky lemon... I wish this review was more about a great experiience, but truth must be told.

Great Microwave. Worth the price.

The tone others talked about is no different than other tones used bt all LG products. Also, it is not a cobtinuous tone. It waits about 5 seconds before it beeps again. I highly recommend this product.

Only gripe is that it doesn’t have a number pad so you can only add time in 10 sec or 30 sec intervals. Other than this, it’s a great product but a little pricey.

I wanted the Best and LG product. When I say it cooked/ hear up great is an understatement! I mean the good is piping hot quick and stays got while eating. You can see the smoke coming off the food. I like the tunes, look, features and options. I am glad I waited and purchase this one. Simple the BEST hands down
