The interface took a bit of time to adjust but I’m happy with its functionality

Beautiful microwave with great features

I own many LG appliances that I have been extremely pleased with. In less than 6 months I am on my third microwave. First arrived smashed. Second died in less than three months and hopefully third one is the charm. Warranty and service from LG leaves me cold. Still waiting for reimbursement for one that died since they required I purchase a new one to get warranty.

We use it for basic heating and reheating. It had an error message once and only way to get it to start/reset was to unplug from outlet and plug it in again.

I find my popcorn pops faster compared to my old unit (1200 Watts at that) and my food heats more evenly. The buttons are all integrated into the face and only require a touch rather than a press. This makes it super easy to clean.

Out of like 6-8 bags of popcorn on the popcorn setting it only burned one but it was pretty minimal! :) it heats things thoroughly and I was afraid it was going to be a button door but it’s not!

There are a few draw backs but nothing that can not be dealt with. You can only set the time in 10second intervals. There may be a setting to change that. And it has a meldy when the cycle is over and every minute you forget to get your food.
