Easy to use, and easy to clean. Cooks quickly. Defrost time is too long per pound. I put less weight in than the item I am defrosting. Very pleased with this choice of purchase.

We bought this microwave because our other one stopped heating. It was only 2 yrs old. Husband went to put it in and dropped it so we ended up going back and buying another one. 2 microwaves in 2 days :(

Does the job. Best thing about this microwave is the size, which can fit a full casserole dish. Fully functional, but nothing spectacular. In terms of features, this is no different that the $99 Panasonic microwaves from the past two decades. Identical in power and functionality. Wish I could turn off the sound effects (when the cooking is done). Can be annoying, since it's a 5 second tune that cannot be changed and keeps on repeating until you acknowledge. Still trying to justify the cost vs features of this microwave.

I really like the color of this microwave and the large capacity. Be warned that it takes up a lot of countertop space.

Microwave is easy to set up and is very user friendly. Easy to clean interior makes maintenance a breeze. Looks very handsome installed in our kitchen cabinets.

We have had this microwave oven for about a month now and it has performed better than expected, it is more powerful than it’s rating compared to all of our prior microwaves. The touchpad for selecting cooking functions is glass which is functional in numerous ways, no buttons to break and you can clean it 100% germ free. The interior is spacious and luminous via LED lighting. Fit and function is excellent, much better than the piece of junk it replaced after 5 years of lite use. This is a great value for the size power and build quality, we hope to have it for a very long time.

Even though it’s not for commercial use I use it in moderation anyway at my deli and it does excellent job heating foods. Sensor cooking does good job if you properly use it.

The microwave is fine and fits in with our decor. It's easy to use and easy to clean. Our family is amused with the sounds. Different than most ovens.

I love the size of the thing. When Thanksgiving rolls around you can heat up an enormous plate of leftovers for sure. The sensor cooking presets are spot on, and it's just a nice looking addition to the kitchen.

So far I have been satisfied with all the options I have used. The popcorn, defrost modes work great. I love the quiet alarm when your heating time is up. I've noticed steam often when reheating, something I didn't notice on my earlier microwaves but the food is fine, not dried out. I would recommend this microwave.

Very quiet. Large which is a plus. Plays a tune when done which I like instead of the annoying beep! Love the sensor heat and reheat. This makes the food heat evenly.

The jingle it plays instead of the normal anxiety infused beeps that normal microwaves give off when done cooking alone makes this an amazing purchase!

this is the second lg microwave I have purchased. this one has the sensor touch feature,I use that all the time.Also I was happy to see that they had replaced the annoying beep when done with a little melody.

Replaced an older version of this microwave that had been great. The new version did not let us down, It even plays a pleasant littleditty when it has finished. Well played LG

Really neat features, easy to use, good price. Nice large size is hard to find. Downside, it shows fingerprints terribly & has to be wiped down after each use.

It is so big inside and heats up the food really quick!
