Stopped working after 15 months

Its past 12 months, so Best Buy doesn't cover the warranty, and LG customer service will only cover repairs if it's a specific part. We can't confirm its that part unless we take it in for a repair at one of their preferred repair shops. If it isn't that part, we have to pay for it. For only 1 year of use, it was pretty expensive, and quite wasteful to throw in a landfill somewhere now. Not a fan.

Changing the power levels is easy and it looks great. It even plays a little song when cooking is complete. The only really downfall is the price.
