I HAD AN LG BEFORE SO I KNEW THAT I WANTED ANOTHER VERY HAPPY WITH THIS ONE WOULD RECCOMEND THIS ONE HIGHLY

I call it the happiest microwave on Earth because it has a happy jingle for every setting not just the usual "bing." I guess that's an LG branding thing but I think about it every time the unit sings to me. The only thing about the jingle is, other members of the family occasionally find it annoying. There's no way to change it or turn it off. Other than that small thing, It works great. I installed it myself and that was breeze. It fit nicely behind my old trim so that saved me money, about $400.

I needed a new microwave and chose this one in store. It’s a great option. Heats evenly and quickly. So much better than the one I replaced.

Had our old microwave since I'm not even sure when. It was the kind you just typed numbers in and it didn't have preset times attached to each number. It finally kicked the bucket and when I went to get a new one I saw this and fell in love. I also have an LG stove so it was a great match. Got home to use it and was pleasantly surprised when I went to type in numbers to cook, they were just like the old microwave, and also had a preset option as well. Heats up food or drinks phenomenally well. 15/10 would buy again!

this is bigger than what we needed, but overall very solid microwave. nice aluminum build, works great.

Soo roomy live it just the open button is getting stuck now

I had the same model for 7 years and it finally broke down after all those years of daily use. I expect to get the same service out of this new unit. I do like the fact that they have replaced the loud notification sound with a more subtle one.

Seems pretty good. Still getting use to settings for warming up. I do admit I have not taken time to read the manual. I like the sleek look.

I'm very pleased so far. I think the complaints about the door and the jingle are way overblown, aside from the ones that broke of course. Mine is fine and works well. I did have a blemish on the stainless steel model... didn't feel like taking it back so just deal... but I would recommend the Black stainless color... was $50 more when I bought mine so I skipped it, not the diff is only $20.

I needed a microwave oven to replace a Kenmore elite oven that expired along with Sears and this one perfectly fit the Kenmore's trim kit. An easy replacement.

So far it is good. The only issue so far is that it slides on the counter when pushing the button to open the door.

I bought this as a gift for my son. It’s an updated, Smart version of an LG I’ve had for years. Solid purchase—great features and easy to use.

Bought during pre black friday sale. Love it. Doesn't have any annoying beep when microwave is done, it's has a little song it plays.

The microwave oven works as expected from an oven. I have not used it, up LG has an interesting method of troubleshooting the oven if needed, over the telephone.
