Have had nearly three weeks. Bought online & picked at store - very convenient. Good looking oven, spacious and easy to operate. I don’t know what else one could want from a microwave. We have used our microwave frequently and have cooked an assortment of dishes PROBLEM-FREE. Lives up to its rating! Yes, it does slide on a hard surface but my goodness, that’s a no brainer to fix ... just place some some anti-slip material under the legs. A very, very satisfied customer

After having the previous appliance for way longer than I should have I was excited to buy this unit. My main factors for purchase were size and power. I wanted my food to be evenly heated and space inside for larger plates and dish covers. It fits snug on my counter, the sensors for popcorn and reheats work great, and heats the food quickly. Switching to this one you may want to test the settings first to gauge how it does heat so that you dont overheat your food. Chimes and reminder chimes are nice. Easy display, easy to set.

It’s big, kind of loud but extremely good at heating your food quickly. Also it’s extremely easy to clean. Just a wipe will do the job.

This microwave is bigger than I realized. So there is plenty of room. It cools things much faster than the other microwaves we have owned. Definitely recommend this product.

Purchased this microwave because old one died. Glad I went with this one! Easy to use, stays cleaner, large capacity, and of course it looks great. It has more of a pleasant sound when its done than others do and also will repeat the sound about every 30 seconds so you don't forget(love that feature, I forget a lot haha). Only thing is make sure you measure the space your putting it in or on. Since its a large capacity microwave it is rather large.

So far we like the LG 2cu ft microwave. Things reheat quickly and evenly. Buttons are self explanatory and the inside cleans up a lot easier than our last microwave. I don't mind the chime sound when it is done, however my teenage boys don't care for it. I like how it sounds a lot different than the ovens beep. The inside is huge!! We use this to reheat and auto defrost, and we fell like this does a great job.

Nice and modern design. Reasonable price is a huge plus considering the size and quality of this microwave. I matched all my appliances with LG’s black stainless steel color and I love them.

OMG! This LG microwave is awesome products. I big LED bulb like person however I found inside microwave there was a LED light. It's 2.0 cu ft, much lighter then expected. Also ease to use this product, very simple panel, opening door button so easy, microwave sound so quite and smooth, in the end when heating part is done it makes soft music (like a professional). This is my second LG microwave purchase and I'm loving it. LG well done! excellent! Kudos!

Nice microwave. It has enough room to put a 12 pound turkey in, ( if you were so inclined). The inside is well lit and you can see what's going on in it. The motor and fan are pretty quiet and at 1200 watts, things cook and heat up faster. The finished cooking notification is pleasant tones instead of obnoxious, loud beeps on most others. Curved surfaces and more room to work make it easier to clean inside and the stainless steel outside cleans up easy as well. Nice microwave.

Purchased LG 2.0 cu ft 1500 watt microwave to replace an older GE counter top microwave. The size and power of the LG was what I was wanting and the unit was on sale. To keep things simple I was looking for a keypad on the display panel. The LED light does not light the interior as bright as indicated in the on-line pictures. The stainless steel trim is prone to fingerprints. You have to press ONLY the left side of the panel under the display to open the microwave door. The feet slide on the counter top whenever you touch the panel or open the door. I had to place non-skip rubber pads under the front feet of the microwave. The Popcorn setting is 5-10 seconds too short. I am learning cooking settings by using the Sensor Settings and adjusting +/- cooking times. It does have a unique "finished" beep. Luckily, I like yodelling.

Bought this as a "family gift" for Christmas. I'm fairly certain that our previous microwave came over on the Mayflower. We couldn't be happier with it's performance, thus far. It runs whisper quiet and reheats a plate in just over a minute! Definitely would recommend!

I'm Super Happy with my new microwave, it's quiet, easy to clean, it's large, heats fast, the music it plays, when it is done is very discreet and beneficial in order to remind me I have something inside the microwave. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND

LG Neo is microwave works fantastic- it’s so easy to use, warms up fast, the spacious interior allows us to warm up pretty much everything. Very silent too, this is overall a great microwave.

I purchased an excellent condition opened box microwave. It actually looked brand new to me, I didn’t see any sign of use. I’ve been using the microwave for a month now and have no issue with it. The design is very sleek, the inside is big enough to fit 2-3 dishes at a time. I mostly use it to warm up the food, I haven’t tried other functions yet. It runs very quite and I love the tone when the food is ready, it also reminds you if you forget the food inside (:

Love our new microwave! It is huge inside, quiet and so easy to use. Has a nice LG chime when food is done and reminder chime goes off until you open the door. Very easy to clean and love the dark interior vs the traditional white. Sensor cooking is great for reheating leftovers and elimates the guess work of getting it too hot or too cold. Would definitely buy again!

With the pandemic, it was almost impossible to find this microwave. We finally found it available and I’m so glad we waited for it. It’s very big on the inside and love the way it heats up and love the look as well. I highly recommend it! I will say that it does have a electric smell ever time it’s used but if you can get passed it then it’s perfect.

This microwave has worked great for our family. It is easy to use, big and spacious (compared to our previous microwave). It looks sleek and clean. I can actually use the popcorn button to microwave my popcorn with out burning it! I am still exploring some of the features this microwave has, though I would still highly recommend!

This review is about a couple of years downstream from buying it. The microwave oven performed great! It handled everything we threw at it and kept on chugging. Now there is a glitch. OK...I was forewarned by other reviewers that there were potential problems with the door latch. Everyone didn't have the problem so I thought I might be one of the fortunate many that didn't get hit. Nope! The latch failed today. After watching repair videos and pricing repair parts I discovered I would have to take off the cover; gently remove a circuit board; replace the parts and put everything back together. Parts? Cost about $200. Lack of time and experience disassembling and successfully RE-assembling - priceless! So, just understand that my opinion is that this makes the device a throw away despite its' excellent performance when the door latch worked. Perhaps LG will go back to the design phase and do something different with the latch.
