We looked at a few microwaves and finally were happy with the LG 2.o c It had all of the features I had in the microwave we had fort 3 something years.

This product is so very easy to use. I love the feature that a little jingle plays when the food is ready.

Neat and clean. It has been simple to operate and a vast improvement from my old microwave.

So far it is great. Easy to use, good performance. Hoping it will also be reliable, but too early to comment on that.

Powerful -- heats fast and cooks well. Controls are not "touch," but "press." Someone with physical issues, like arthritis in hands or shoulders have to push too hard -- painful. And functions aren't intuitive. One needs the manual for many operations and the instructions are really difficult to figure out.

The product is just what we wanted to replace our previous microwave. The control panel is simple, uncomplicated and effective. The controls are easy to select without referring to a manual. The cavity is large enough to meet all our needs. Very happy with the purchase.

So far this microwave has performed just as expected from a LG product. After owning many LG mobile phones, LG HDTV’s, and LG pc monitors, I had high expectations and they have been met. The only complaint I can find so far would be that the control buttons tend to have some difficulty recognizing our touch and requires some fumbling to find the properly way to push the buttons, a little annoying but not huge deal. Highly recommend. Crispy food and perfect sensor cooking or defrosting.

I didn't want the brushed black but ordered it anyway. I love it! It is very simple to function (even for me).

This microwave is really nice and easy to use. The only thing I don't like is the sound it makes to let you know your stuff is ready isn't very loud

I'm not creative in the kitchen, but this has done everything I've asked of it, and it's big enough for me to put family-size serving dishes in it.
