    This was the perfect replacement for our old GE Profile Performance microwave that suddenly died after 21 yrs..Needed a microwave that was the same dimensions in order to use the existing venting plate that goes around it and metal base/stand. Wonderful that we didn't have to buy addl. accessories to make it look flush with the cabinetry! Very cool dark gray color makes our kitchen look updated too. :)

    Positives: large capacity interior, both wide and tall, good for double level cooking. Turntable is glass, sturdy. Steams vegetables quickly and perfectly done. Reheats leftovers without drying out. Not so positives: same ingredients in the same amounts (ie quick cook oatmeal & milk), same bowl, heats differently at different times.

    I wanted an LG microwave and this one was the right size at the right price. The "PrintProof" surfaces are quite nice and easy to clean. The "sensor" cooking mode is a great feature. I put potatoes in the microwave, set the cooking mode for poatoes and it cooked the potatoes exactly as I wanted them. I did not enter time or the number of potatoes. How did it know? Free shipping and the microwave arrived at my door two days after my order.
