It's bigger and more powerful the the Samsung I owned. I choose this for its features and it can fit on my counter under my cabinets. It definity heats my food better and faster. When you manually get used to a certain time that a liquid or a food takes to cook, well that doesn't work anymore. Overall it seems to be more energy efficient. I am happy with the purchase. My only knock would be the chime it makes when its finished. I was used to beeping. This sounds like a nice quick melody.

Great for the price! Just which it was a little bigger. Looks great! Bought it because it has an inverter vs magnetron. The bottom right button is a bit lose, hope it lasts.

This microwave is bigger than I realized. So there is plenty of room. It cools things much faster than the other microwaves we have owned. Definitely recommend this product.

I love this microwave, when it’s done it plays short soothing music instead of a terrible beep- it cooks fast- looks sleek and makes my kitchen look better- it’s large enough for any of my baking dishes. I’m so happy I bought this one!

This product is amazing just make sure you look at the measurements. I had to return this one and get the smaller one that I hadn’t seen before I ordered. Heats evenly super fast and quiet, easy to clean.

This is a very nice microwave so far. Only have owned it a few months but I like it. It’s heats food and drinks up very fast and is quiet. I like the soft ring chimes when your food is finished cooking. I also like that the inside back wall is rounded and not square for easy cleaning.

When we purchased this microwave 3 years ago we were very pleased. Unfortunately little things have broken down since then and it's become really frustrating. 18 months ago the push button to open the microwave door popped off the spring. The microwave was already out of warranty adn it can be wiggled back into place so we lived with it happening regularly. This morning the LED display started to glitch as well.

This microwave is great. It’s very large inside, but fit my microwave built-in shelf perfectly. It’s very easy to use, and looks really nice.

I thought this was going to be a regular size microwave. Once I opened it and placed it on the counter, I was amazed on how big it was but very convenient. It heats up right away and very easy to clean.

I bought this microwave simply because it is the same size as a “German made” - it isn’t - unit built into a custom wall unit W/S.S. surround & had to fit perfectly. The LG is easy to use. Very clear settings for sensor cook/reheat & defrost listed right inside the door. Pretty much all I need a microwave to do. It will cook a whole chicken, but I won’t. The glass tray is very stable. No bounce. Interior very clean look. It also lists “smart invertor” & 10 year warranty on Magnetron, the 2 major electronic parts that make a microwave work. I know b/c these parts broke twice, 2 years apart, since new. $600/repair. Didn’t fix the 2nd time. Bought the LG instead. Very happy. Looks beautiful, a price 1/3 of previous unit.

Love this microwave. Looks awesome (black stainless steel), love the easy clean interior and the interior lighting. It heats everything quickly. Best Buy's product info stated that this was 1350 watts, which is why I bought this one, but once I got it home, I noticed the box and the user manual said 1200 watts. I was a little disappointed, but it looks and works so beautifully, I decided I could live with the 1200 watts, since my other microwaves were all 1200. I did advise Best Buy of the error, and hopefully will correct it. If you're looking for a really nice microwave, I would very much recommend this one.

i purchased this microwave recently, and have been using it regularly. The unit is great! heats evenly and does a great job at warming my food. Easy to clean inside and the tone it makes when finished is cute. I love that you can hit the start button and it will add 30 seconds each time. It does a good job warming without burning or uneven heating compared to the cheap counter top microwaves. I was very skeptical initially because it is quite expensive, but am very happy with it. ex. when microwaving frozen burritos, i always had dry crunchy hard areas and undercooked areas as well as cooked parts on the burrito. This unit seems to microwave it all evenly and effectively without burned overheated and under cooked areas. That is probably the easiest way to see how well this works.

Wonderful microwave. Replaced a 7 year old Whirlpool microwave original to our house. The LG is much quieter and cooks quicker and more evenly than the Whirlpool. Very easy operation. Happy with my purchase.

Spacious on the inside heat food up perfectly everytime and it was a great price

At first we wanted a small enough microwave that didn't take up too much counter space but then we came across this model and we decided to go with it. As soon as we placed it on the counter it blended in perfectly. From the stainless steel design to the adorable chimes it makes when your food is heated and ready, we love it. I'm glad we went ahead and bought this one over a smaller and cheaper model.

Looks great and heats efficiently! Seems to heat faster than our previous one of similar size (panasonic). We do not find the song at the end to be annoying as others have mentioned, it's catchy and similar to that of other new Samsung and LG appliances. Easy to clean since back walls are curved with fewer seams. Even though the description states that it does not have a timer...it does. And it is 1200 watts, not 1360, which is still very powerful.

Took out a over the range large microwave and replaced with this LG. My wife loves the size and my kids love the musical chime on finishing heating. The start stop buttons took a little adjusting to use, but once you do very easy to use.

We are very happy with LG-NeoChef. Looks great and is quiet compared to our old microwave. Very easy to enter settings and cooks things well. Would highly recommend from what we have experienced so far.
