Very nice microwave, heats evenly and is easy to clean because it has curved back walls.

User friendly, the buttons are easy to push, and closes gently, so far a win win for me.

Instant reheat button doesnt instant heat and requires information as to the size of the dish. Wouldof been 5 stars if it was capable of doing what my parents does, great mic, just not what i wanted for 250+$. I dont cook meals with my mic nor do i thaw frozen items. Popcorns great but otherwise i want to press one button and be done. Not that microwave

I really like the black stainless color. I liked the way it operated, very similar to the 27 year old microwave it replaced.

LG Is great; we love this microwave - ours actually went out within about 7 month but LG Warranty department was very easy to deal with and we got a refund on buying a replacement for the same microwave! I will continue to buy LG Products of all kinds! and I love the SONG it plays when time is up!

I purchased this Family Size 2.0 LG Microwave. After you've read the direction its easiest to operate using function keys is a whiz 1 touch sensor controls. Defrosting evenly from frozen solid to minutes later evenly defrosted very quickly. My favorite button is the Sensor reheat I use this from reheating a cup of coffee to heating a piece of pizza excellent function keys. Looking foward to learning new recipes with my LG Microwave. Excellent Product So Far.

This microwave is even though cheaper one easy to operate than what I had expensive one.

I purchased this to replace another LG unit that went bad after six years. It looks more modern than many of them. I looked and looked to see if I could find one that was Smart in terms of tech and connectivity, but it seems microwaves have not really changed much in the past few decades. So far, this one has worked fine. The lighting is a little dim when it is cooking and you look through the glass, but not bad.

We love this microwave, especially the song it plays when the timer runs out. It's super powerful!

Huge 16" glass turntable. Everything is easy to use. However, I wish the panel would light up once touched to make it easier to see the display when the area lighting is lower. I also would've preferred an exterior handle to open the door rather than a push button. But those are personal preferences. This unit is solidly built and works very well. I've enjoyed using it.

This microwave is very excellent for the price it lets me know everything ready with chime bell I don't have any problems with this one my other microwave was very bad and overheating but I am happy by quality
