We have a large family so this microwave runs a bunch of times during the day. I like the led light inside to see it running. Has a pleasant chime when the meal or defrost is complete. I haven't found anything I dont like. In the past 2 years went through 5 GE's 2.0 (black one Lowes carries)and one 2.1 whirlpool. The whirlpool I liked but the paint coating on the interior inside the door peeled causing sparks. Purchased jan 2020

I purchased this as a replacement microwave oven for home. I decided to upgrade in features, expecting it to work a little better. I was wrong, and this oven's features and quality exceeded expectations. This oven cooks more evenly and faster than other ovens we've had through the years, the rounded interior space is helpful, and for the first time in my life; a popcorn setting that actually WORKS! Very happy with this appliance.

Love my new microwave. We lost our first one in a fire, this one is much better!

So far everything seems to be going well. The chime when the cycle is finished is so much more pleasant to hear than the beep that was on my old microwave. The sensor feature has provided perfect baked potatoes every time and does well on bacon also. I look forward to trying more of the sensor features as I become more acquainted with my new appliance. Keeping it clean has been effortless.

It's been great so far. It feels almost cavernous inside and yet not overly large on the outside. There aren't a lot of extra "quick buttons" on it to confuse you (now which of these 50 buttons do I need to select?). Simple and clean looking and heats well.

Works well. Kinda loud on door closing feels like you may break it if it slams to hard. Plays jingle when food done which gets annoying. Overall 4 out 5

Good recommend to mine family and friends the products is great and easily right to use and clean up after use.

The presets and other options make this a great buy! The oven warms very evenly and effectively.

We've had this microwave for about a month and it works great. It cooks as you'd expect. The quality made by LG is great. Our only complaint would be it doesn't have a clock. People complained about the ring reminder if you don't open the door once your food it cooked. Who cares??? It's reminding you to get off your bottom and get your food while it's still hot.

This is the best microwave I've ever owned. It heats food very evenly where as in the past I had to warm foods items separately. It is also very efficient, so start off using less cooking time until you figure it out. It's easy to over heat items at first. It's also very attractive and looks great in my wall mounted with the trim kit.
