I like the non traditional beeps to signify the food is done. Does make a little noise opening and closing ( makes things a little difficult being quiet when getting ready for work in the mornings). Highly recommended product

The price was right. My only issue is that after a few months the plate started shaking uncontrollably and I could not understand what caused it. I left it out for about 3 days and put it back and it didn't do it again. It was a little annoying. However the quality of the heating is excellent.
