i purchased this microwave recently, and have been using it regularly. The unit is great! heats evenly and does a great job at warming my food. Easy to clean inside and the tone it makes when finished is cute. I love that you can hit the start button and it will add 30 seconds each time. It does a good job warming without burning or uneven heating compared to the cheap counter top microwaves. I was very skeptical initially because it is quite expensive, but am very happy with it. ex. when microwaving frozen burritos, i always had dry crunchy hard areas and undercooked areas as well as cooked parts on the burrito. This unit seems to microwave it all evenly and effectively without burned overheated and under cooked areas. That is probably the easiest way to see how well this works.

Heats up super fast, huge inside, easy to clean the exterior and interior. Best microwave I have ever purchased!

We are very happy with LG-NeoChef. Looks great and is quiet compared to our old microwave. Very easy to enter settings and cooks things well. Would highly recommend from what we have experienced so far.

I got this microwave for open box price and I am so glad I grabbed it. I am loving this microwave. I needed a new one after mine went out about 2 weeks into the pandemic shutdown. After months without a microwave, I couldn't wait to get this home. It heats the food really fast and easy to clean. I love that it has a a little tune to let you know it's done. It can get annoying because it will keep doing it every minute or so until you take the food out lol. Overall a great purchase.

Replaced a 1980 microwave that finally died. Wow popcorn fills the bag. Still experimenting with all the levels. Managed to soften butter without liquifying the middle. Love the quick 30second button four hits for boiling water for tea! Set up for thawing some steaks and they weren't precooked! We like the melodious chime no more ding ding ding. It's a happy tune, happy food's done. Easy to clean because of rounded edges. Love the size can put a whole dinner plate in.

Love this microwave. Looks awesome (black stainless steel), love the easy clean interior and the interior lighting. It heats everything quickly. Best Buy's product info stated that this was 1350 watts, which is why I bought this one, but once I got it home, I noticed the box and the user manual said 1200 watts. I was a little disappointed, but it looks and works so beautifully, I decided I could live with the 1200 watts, since my other microwaves were all 1200. I did advise Best Buy of the error, and hopefully will correct it. If you're looking for a really nice microwave, I would very much recommend this one.

We love our new microwave. It looks so nice and was a great price for our budget. The buttons and face of the microwave wipe down easily to remove any smudges. Great upgrade for us! Would recommend!

Took out a over the range large microwave and replaced with this LG. My wife loves the size and my kids love the musical chime on finishing heating. The start stop buttons took a little adjusting to use, but once you do very easy to use.

I looked at several different microwaves and read a number of reviews before deciding on buying this LG-w.o Cubic Feet model. We purchased it nearly three months ago and are very satisfied with it. My only complaint is that my previous microwave, different brand, had a nice shortcut for short times. If you wanted either 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 minutes all you had to do was press 1, 2, etc. With this LG model you have to press 1 then 0 then 0 for a 1 minute time. We have gotten use to this process. For our use, this microwave cooks the food very evenly. It size fits perfectly in our kitchen space. It is easy to clean and is a very attractive unit.

Looks great and heats efficiently! Seems to heat faster than our previous one of similar size (panasonic). We do not find the song at the end to be annoying as others have mentioned, it's catchy and similar to that of other new Samsung and LG appliances. Easy to clean since back walls are curved with fewer seams. Even though the description states that it does not have a timer...it does. And it is 1200 watts, not 1360, which is still very powerful.

Heats pretty good, but the door is starting to act up. Need to press several times for the door to open. I believe it comes in 3 sizes. Went with the largest one, but should have gone with the medium size.

I love the LG Microwave. We purchased it to replace one that had died. I looked on Consumer Reports and the LG was rated great. I love the dark color, the sound it makes when something is done (loud but not too loud) and the great way it operates.

Great size for our large family, performs flawlessly and is very quite to boot. Group of features is perfect for our busy family and is very easy to clean up after a messy use.

I have been admiring my new microwave because of the design aspect. It is curved, with a single sheet of metal and very easy to clean. Also, it is gray inside. All of the other microwaves i have had, were square inside & hard to clean, plus the light was under the unit. That meant i had to take out the oven & microwave, just to put in a new light bulb.

Large size and easy to use controls make this a perect addition to our kitchen. Appearance is very sharp and touch pad chimes are a neat touch. Very pleased with this item.
