Product was pristine and works very well. The "song" it plays when done is interesting, but is also plays again if you forget to remove contents which is helpful (yes, I left a baked potato in overnight once..lol) Only down item is it's stainless so has to be cleaned often since it's a touch keypad but no big deal as my fridge is too.

I love LG products. always been good and last a long time in my experience. Wish i didn't have to buy the more expensive finish. Think they shouldn't be different priced but wanted not to order on line and wait. Glad BB had in stock in Woodbridge.

Microwave without a clock

The issue is with the clock, one week after we bought it, the clock stopped working. Since we got it on sale and it does what it supposed to do ...decided to keep it. Would not buy it if not on sale

We haven't used too many of the features yet, but the ones we have tried worked perfectly. It looks exactly as pictured; fits right with our kitchen stainless. The only thing I don't like is that closing the door is kind of loud. Not an operational thing, just a personal preference.

Quality of build seems to be very good. It has 7 sensor cook settings. The problem is you have to look in the manual to see what each one cooks. Example: If you want to make some baked potato's, you either have to go to the manual to see it is sensor cook 6, until you memorize all of the settings. It heats very evenly and is high quality.
