LOVE this microwave. Plenty big enough for a family of four, and then some!

Absolutely love this microwave. It was a great buy and the gray interior was such a pleasant surprise. Hopefully this microwave won’t turn that dingy yellow all the white interiors turn. Even though this says counter top it can be used as a built in unit as well which is how we are using it.

Easy to use, only drawback would be the sensor cooking is good but not great.

Bought this microwave to replace an over the range one we had. This was perfect size and works great.

I love that this is probably the most powerful microwave I have ever owned - cooking time is shorter than previous ones I have had. However, the chime that signals that it is done, while cute the first time gets old quickly when family members take their time removing their food. We have read the manual through and there doesn't seem to be a way to disable it.

Overall I liked it. Though the door is a little loud.

Works fine and has a large internal space. Rather large unit so make sure you have the space you plan to use it.

Replacement in-kind - sort of. newer version and operability was difficult to figure out from the instruction book and had to have Geek Squad member show us how to adjust power setting when wanted.

This microwave truly is easy to use and clean. Glad I chose this model.

Warms up our food. Does what it is suppose to do. Cooks the best chicken nuggets.

I bought this LG - NeoChef 2.0 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave with Sensor Cooking and EasyClean - Black Stainless Steel a month ago and I absolutely love it! I haven’t used all of the features yet but so far I’m very pleased.

Real pleased with this microwave. Keys are easy to use. Very easy to clean.

I love this microwave! Cooks evenly, looks great, the door is much easier to open and close than our last microwave, the chimes are much more pleasant than the usual “beep”. It is easy to clean & the soft gray interior is much nicer than stark white. It even has a feature that turns the interior light off if you leave the door open too long. Simple to understand and operate - great product and great value.

The LG - NeoChef cooks the food all the way through, and works really good...The only complaint that I have is that the light inside of it is not protected against grease, water or any other harmful waste , also so I have to hold the microwave because when I push the door open, the microwave slides back a bit, other than those two things it's Alright, I would Recommend It.

The warranty on the magnetron is second to none at 10 years. The only downside in my opinion it is the lack of staged cooking. This unit uses sensor technology for most applications but the lack of stage cooking leaves out a control feature that is valuable to me. Otherwise this unit will most likely suit be everyday microwave user.
