You have to press in a very specific location for them to read your touch.

Our last two microwaves had issues with the painted on interior bubbling eventually. This one looks great and runs well. Only thing different than many models is the hints for sensor cool are on the inside not the outer screen. Makes the front look simpler and cleaner but for a new user I need to tell them where to find the info they are looking for. Great buy!

Despite high power rating heating and reheating takes a bit longer than the unit it replaced but the design of the carousel is much easier to manage and the unit looks great. Lots of operating modes and features. Only issue is the control panel is not backlit and, depending on lighting conditions, can be a bit difficult to see.

But very happy with it. Love that the beep isn't a screech and instead is a little happy tune! And the touch screen buttons are nice as well.

The musical sound at the end of a cook cycle is also very nice. Normally I have Breakfast sandwiches I heat up in the morning and have been happy with how they turned out. Just follow the instructions. If you get this, you’ll be glad you did. No complaints from this customer.

We solved this problem by placing nonskid material on the counter for the microwave to sit on. The manufacturer should have known this and used a nonskid material on the feet instead of a hard plastic.
