Easy to use and is one of the best microwave ovens I've ever owned. However I don't like the button that opens the door.

Reliable very quiet hits the food up great really like it so far we've only had it a month glad we chose this one

This review is about a couple of years downstream from buying it. The microwave oven performed great! It handled everything we threw at it and kept on chugging. Now there is a glitch. OK...I was forewarned by other reviewers that there were potential problems with the door latch. Everyone didn't have the problem so I thought I might be one of the fortunate many that didn't get hit. Nope! The latch failed today. After watching repair videos and pricing repair parts I discovered I would have to take off the cover; gently remove a circuit board; replace the parts and put everything back together. Parts? Cost about $200. Lack of time and experience disassembling and successfully RE-assembling - priceless! So, just understand that my opinion is that this makes the device a throw away despite its' excellent performance when the door latch worked. Perhaps LG will go back to the design phase and do something different with the latch.

I have been admiring my new microwave because of the design aspect. It is curved, with a single sheet of metal and very easy to clean. Also, it is gray inside. All of the other microwaves i have had, were square inside & hard to clean, plus the light was under the unit. That meant i had to take out the oven & microwave, just to put in a new light bulb.

Works very well and is easy to use easily cleaned and is very quiet

So, I was looking for a microwave that would fit with the trim kit that was previously installed which was for a Kenmore Elite. Frustratingly, the current Kenmore Elite did not fit the 14 year old version. I went to Best Buy because I figured they would have the displays available that I could measure and see the cabinet details. Sure enough I found that this LG had EXACTLY the same cabinet as the old Kenmore I was replacing. I mean down to the screw holes, it was amazing. The microwave is large, VERY QUIET, and the interior being a mottled grey seems cleaner than the almond or white most common on these things. It's very sleek and modern looking. I am satisfied and very pleased with the store for the # of options available to peruse.

love this microwave its large enough to heat up big bowls and heats up things so quick. I love that it plays a little song instead of beeps when its ready and it will beep like every 30 seconds as a reminder if you don't hear it the first time. I would have given it 5 stars but the light went out recently and we've only had it for 6months,but thats minor and an easy fix especially with the coverage I have on it.

The microwave was bigger than we thought, but still fit in the space we set aside. It works well and is easy to use. We love the musical sounds it makes instead of loud annoying beeps.

Excellent Product!! I originally purchased a Samsung microwave that broke within months. After doing more research I choose this one! The design and easy cleaning truly are what makes this one special. I can also say that the "easy clean" part also extends to burnt smell! The kids burned a corndog and in other microwaves the smell might never go away! Because of the smooth inside with less ridges for hidden stuff...this one only needed a lemon steam bath that I left in overnight and a baking soda cleaning. Within 48 hours...not even a trace of leftover burnt odor!

Nice item, easy to use and looks great. Only con is push lever on door pushes whole unit backwards when pushing it to open door.

Easy to use once I figured out how to use lower power. Rounded back corners, so very easy to clean the walls. Nice sounds to let you know when the timer is finished. Looks great also.

LOVE this new microwave. Dimensions allow it to sit on top of my new beverage fridge at the perfect height - no more reaching over the hot burners, over my head, and risking serious injury to heat up a cup of soup! Simple buttons, and easy-to-use heat sensor functions for common tasks such as bacon or defrosting bread. Just tap Start once for 30 seconds, or twice for one minute...easy! Large capacity for when I want to steam a pan of veggies for company. Very pleased I did not go with the cheapest microwave on the market.

So far - So good! Great sized microwave that cooks/warms well. I love the light inside, but I'm starting to get tired of the song the microwave sings to alert you that your food is ready. At first I didn't think it was a big deal, but now I wish there was an option to change it. Overall it's a good buy for the money and I like that it matches my other IG appliances.

Great microwave, it does what in needs to do! Our very old one finally died and we wanted one of comparable size, this one fit our cabinet. The normal microwave beep is different on this model, after reading reviews here about the tune being annoying I was a little worried, but it is SO much better than the normal sound that most other models make. It plays a quick little jingle that we actually enjoy. Only negative I have is the light inside isn’t super bright- it’s blue-ish. We’ve only been using it for several weeks but no issues so far.

We bought this as a replacement for a GE unit that had seen years of good service. We had recently purchased an LG stove and fridge that we really liked, so decided to give one of their microwave products a try. The unit is large enough to handle all of our jobs, has all of the bells and whistles that we need and matches our other LG appliances. It even plays a cute little tune when the food is ready. The front panel buttons are a bit challenging to decipher. Instead of just hitting a "reheat" button on the front, you have to open the door and follow a written guide posted inside on what type of dish you are heating. A bit cumbersome to me. But once you get the hang of it, the microwave functions extremely well. So far, it's been a good unit!

Size, design and function are good. Easy cleaning as advertised. Difficult to get the number input correctly. Smudge magnet. Lighting can be brighter
