    This microwave was easy to use, and very quiet. Unfortunately it stopped heating after a couple of weeks. I tried to get a part without success. We replaced it with another brand. LG did reimburse me for the cost of replacement.

    Just got rid of my 4th defective Kitchenaid Microwave in 18 months, and am delighted to see this LG works like a charm, at 1/3 the price. I've had great luck with LG appliances, and this one is no exception. Unlike the Kitchenaid, the door release on this LG works flawlessly. And the SS finish does not seem to accumulate fingerprints. I can recommend this LG microwave to anyone.

    Sensor reheat is the best thing to happen to me in my world of home appliances - it is fantastic! Just pick the sensor reheat level, start, and then the food comes out at the perfect temp every time. I recommend this microwave.
