    This microwave was easy to use, and very quiet. Unfortunately it stopped heating after a couple of weeks. I tried to get a part without success. We replaced it with another brand. LG did reimburse me for the cost of replacement.

    I love what it does and how it does it. But the 10 year warranty does not include the cost for laybor to determine if its in warranty so yeah dont buy for the warranty. Get a bestbuy warranty.

    The Best Microwave Ever! I swear! It has Major space in side! Like I was able to fit a whole Medium pan pizza in the box lol it literally can defrost and cook food. So much to this it as well worth every penny

    I find you have to push the buttons really hard to make it work Also the buttons do not light up at night..the clock lights up but not the numbers or functions
