    Had to return Microwave because plate was missing. At first the store was going to make me return product and buy new one. A manager stepped in and had a plate taken from another box and given to me. Common sense prevailed and I was very happy.

    It works great and it works perfectly for popcorn. Iam always nervous whem it comes to defrosting in microwaves but not in that one.

    Good service in Best Buy store but had to pick up in IRvine at Pacific Sales. Never told they were Closed on Mondays so had to make two trips

    This microwave is quiet and I love the extra features. You can add time just by hitting the start button without stopping it. The defrost senses when your food is defrosted and let’s you know even when you still have time. So many great features, it’s a must purchase if you have the space.
